Nah, those lambs don't have any flesh between their skin and spine. Just look on it and you'll see they don't even have some thing to eat on it (except you like bones).

It doesn't sound like many of these lambs make it to adulthood, so you would think they would want to keep as many adults alive as possible. Weird... I hope this doesn't stay in fashion long.

The only reason why I would object to the harvest of a pre-birth animal is the added waste of its mother. Yet still, the slaughter is not torturous. Its simply the order of things.
