There's so many very good European bread, and raced horses that have been sold to different owners in Hong Kong. That it's made it very difficult for European horses that ship to Sha Tin to race in the Hong Kong Cup, Hong Kong Vase, or Audemars Piguet Q.E.II Cup, to win those races now. Not without a big challenge from the likes of Viva Pataca, Collection, Super Pistachio(Westphalia), or others that started their careers in Europe. But now race exclusively in Hong Kong. IMO
You've just got to love the old man of Hong Kong, Viva Pataca. Still racing as effectively in 2010 as an 8yr.old as ever. Having won this race at age 7, and the Audemars Piguet Q.E. II Cup at age 8. He still looks like a 4yr.old out there on the track. IMO.
