  • LOL

  • @mrcgeraldes ㋡

  • very unlikely t obe inside footage of titanic, whare did you get this

  • @Skankpronger ↑ ↑ ↑ R.T.D.

  • @ObsoleteOddity ok sry i should have read more

  • @Skankpronger apologies accepted Skankpronger....interesting user name, do they come to you, or do you deliver?

  • This is entertaining to watch but obviously not genuine. You can tell by the way the 'damaged' real flickers, yet the image of the woman's face is flawless. The face is too clear to be such old footage. This type of film degrades an looses focus with each passing year. If you add damage on top of that, you wouldn't even be able to see the facial features. My opinion, I respects others opinions as well.

  • @KissofDawn2012 I can assure you, the film is genuinely old, not faked with photoshop or anything; Of course I can't force you to believe me, but it's the truth. You mention her face being "too clear" and why not? the quality of the film & camera at the time is responsible for such clarity; any surface damage that occurs later~cannot alter that. It's obvious to me that the film on the reel was subject to some corrosion (possibly moisture) at one particular area, which probably >

  • @KissofDawn2012 ...seeped further into the reel, which is why the damage worsens progressively during the film. Go do some research, check out some very old footage, you'll see some amazing clarity and focus from some of the earliest films.

  • I am not saying this is true but if their were some footage of on deck or something credible like the life boats or something this film of people walking around could be anything from a party at a mansion to a simple test at one of the first motion picture takes ever recorded I would say its half and half it could be Titanic it could be not but their would have to be more film and again something that is part of the ship you know what I’m talking about don't you

  • @Kiyoko504 I understand the point you're trying to make, unfortunately this was the only part of the reel that wasn't totally decayed.

  • @ObsoleteOddity If you still have the film real bring it to a prefesianal and see if they can restore it as much as possible it wont be cheep let me tell you but it would be able to have more credit of being true film if it were to be restored asumming it was not powder as in decay

  • @Kiyoko504 you're absolutely right, I'll have to look into that. thanks for your constructive comments :)

  • FAKE AND GAY

  • @CycloneOsbourne2 Hey! don't put yourself down like that :)

  • geez did ya HAVE to pup the creepy music in the backround!?

  • Biggest sign of it being a fake is having to defend it....A true fact speaks for itself.

  • @SUPERBWON ho hum, another grey default channel... well it's a case of 'damned if you do, damned if you don't' ~ especially when the rules are made up by the naysayer, lol

  • The style of the filming and acting reminds me of D. W. Griffith, which is the right time period. Even if it was a "home movie," it was obviously rehearsed. Not just people being themselves. Would you agree?

  • @JohnBolender Well I would say it depends on how you class people "being themselves"; not everyone is wooden you know~peoples body language was somewhat different a 100 years ago, they were more artistic in their movements and emotions; and if they were aware that a camera was pointed in their direction, any actions would have been subconsciously magnified. Nowadays people film themselves on the toilet with an i-phone...in 1912 people were a lot more self conscious of themselves.

  • FAKE!!! LOL!

  • @ReturnofPmtmr CAKE!!! LOL!

  • I'm not saying this is real or fake, it could be real for all I know. You should get in touch with the Titanic Historical Society. Then they get to put their say into this matter. I've been studying Titanic for 20 years, so if you could please forgive my skepticism. I've seen a few fake things in the past like that photo claiming to be Titanic's officers when really its the Olympic's officers and only McElroy, Smith and Murdoch, who are in the photo, went on to serve aboard the Titanic.

  • @TimesLonelyWanderer Thank you for a serious comment for a change. You see, what's the majority of sceptical viewers don't seem to grasp is that I'm not interested in any monetary gain from this find; I can fully understand your sceptcism and you have made a very valid point, but this footage is old, not faked or made to look old...this is a genuine old reel film.

  • this is so bad, and so fake,,,,,put your ideas elswhere please

  • @1888bfs you came here, I didn't come to your dreary channel...go and take your uninspired comments elsewhere.

  • What makes you think this is the Titanic?

  • @LostWhiteStarLiners mmm....because it's got Titanic in the Title?....yeah

  • hey I believe it! and I think its incredible footage but a horrible tragedy... still , their lives live in our hearts

  • @LiveLaughLovesss what a lovely comment! ~ good on you, they do still live in our hearts

  • @ObsoleteOddity Question: Are you like a titanic history buff or something of the sort? Cause I have lots of questions about what actually happened. My knowledge only goes as far having watched the movie 100 times.

  • @LiveLaughLovesss nah, I'm a picker, like in American Pickers; I go treasure hunting at flea-markets and such :)

Watching the Titanic movie a 100 times qualifies you as an expert I guess, lol

but if you scroll down through the comments, you'll find plenty who like to think of themselves as experts....they'd LOVE to answer your questions :))

  • @ObsoleteOddity Interesting ! thanks keep at it :) You know, I think because some many versions and fabrications have been made about the titanic that people tend to be a bit skeptical. I wouldn't worry too much, its youtube, where everything and everyone goes.

  • @LiveLaughLovesss aww...thanks :)

Yeah I understand why people would be sceptical, it doesn't worry me ~ most just want to have their say, that's cool, I can give as good as I get.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by.

  • i dont think this is real but hey you never know its interesting to watch either way

  • Obviously fake footage.Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't know anything about the Titanic or history for that matter.I don't accept responds for this comment.

  • @Tolkien105Legolas Obviously fake comment. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't know anything about spelling or grammar for that matter; he meant to say 'responses' :)

  • @ObsoleteOddity Wait a minute.I try to make a point here and instead of judging my comment you look at my grammar?

  • @Tolkien105Legolas You're absolutely right, it was rude of me to point out the small mistake in your spelling...but then again, can I not also make a point? :-o

  • Oddie, it seems the word 'expert' has been redefined as 'someone with a closed mind...but with a coloring in book!'

  • @LouiseCerrutti Dearest Pipster, I couldn't have put it better myself....without going outside the lines :)

  • Clearly bogus. There is no room on the Titanic that looks like that. It looks like the inside of a country house.

  • @Cluedokid25 you've never been on the Titanic, so you wouldn't know; many of the state rooms were designed after typical period home furnishings of that era.

  • @ObsoleteOddity

Your right. I haven't been on Titanic. But the room in this clip doesn't resemble any of the period styles of the ship as far as I can see.

  • @Cluedokid25 there were many rooms that are not on record, so your statement is purely speculation.

  • @Ajkeb100 so what? what your friend does for a hobby is of little interest to me.

The footage is really100 years old, sorry but you don't know what you're talking about, and you're resorting now to any criticism that comes to mind; and you've taken up too much of my time already ~ Bye!

  • @Ajkeb100 well surprise surprise...your friend says it's a fake...and he knows a lot about it....well I wasn't expecting that, lol

There were some very large rooms on the Titanic; just because you friend crayoned in some colour-in books on it, doesn't mean much to me, sorry.

  • @Ajkeb100 Eventually I will, I have other pursuits at the present time.

  • @Ajkeb100 you're starting to bore me, your questions are futile, know one can know why the woman looks worried - I wasn't in the room with her - you weren't in the room with her...it's all conjecture. That's why I wrote 'presumably', I don't know either, each person will have to form their own opinion of why she looks "worried"

  • @Ajkeb100 It does not say "just before the sinking" ~ it says 'prior to the sinking'.."presumably"

Your comment unfortunately doesn't make much sense, if you were on a ship that is sinking, believe me...you'd eventually know about it long before it hid the ocean bed!

oh you know more about the Titanic than most on youtube....join the queue :)

  • @Ajkeb100 You cannot know what another person will think or do, you are only imagining a scenario based on your own perceptions; yes, believe it or not, there are people/rescuers who would pick up a floating trunk. This may have occured long after all survivors and corpses were recovered.

  • @Ajkeb100 you haven't done the slightest research on the Titanic, have you? Many, many knew that it was sinking....

  • @Ajkeb100 you've got to be kidding?? people have been interested in items of value since the dawn of civilisation...you're clutching at straws now

  • @Ajkeb100 A lot of stuff floats...especially sealed airtight trunks. You're just supposing (you weren't there remember) that no one would care to retrieve a floating trunk, there are many who would and have done so....if there are treasure hunters and historians who'll risk their lives to salvage items from shipwrecks on the ocean floor, there's definitely many who'd scoop it from the surface of the water.

  • @Ajkeb100 The damage is repetitive, but it never repeats exactly, which is what you'd expect from a damaged reel, damage to one part on the reel of film, will display that damage repeatedly as the reel is played.

You're forgetting something...nearly everyone classes themselves as experts on YT

  • What a load of bollocks...!!!

  • @mxpixx yeah thanks...just had a look @ your vids...not many views huh?

  • Thanks for this video of tremendous tragic sense....

  • There were alot of ships in our history. This video could of been from any one of them,it could of been from the titanic just as well. The fact is,we will never know. One thing for sure though. In all the 100 yrs this video has been around, you can bet anyone that thought for a split second they had footage from this ship they would know they had big money. Cant see them not knowing.

  • @SUPERBWON Thanks for your comment. btw, who's they?? The film belongs to lil ol' me.

Have a look @ the info box....

  • I was going to sub to this guys channel till i stumbled upon this video. =/

  • @Hunoghun lol, I'll never get over it

  • F-A-K-E.......FAKE!!!

  • @ChrisVaughn85 ...ready audience? "OH NO IT'S NOT!""

  • @ObsoleteOddity WHAT EVA!!

  • @ChrisVaughn85 I know an Eva, do you know one too?

  • @ObsoleteOddity Sho do.....MMMMMMMHMMMMMMM!

  • Comment removed

  • is this real ??

  • i sub,d

  • @Peace7Maker ...interesting comment, that's the impression I get as well

  • Why would they be wasting perfectly good film on a random woman looking around her bed chamber? That's my question. I mean, such footage is typical for present day drama, but not in a "home movie" of that day and age. Sorry, but this has to be fake. I really want to believe this is real, because it's really cool, but I just can't.

  • @Jennafu832 Have you ever stopped to consider it may have been a family member taking the footage? I'm positive he/she wouldn't have considered it a waste of film. Btw, How many 'home movies' have you seen from 1912?

  • @Jennafu832 oh, thanks for the well thought out comment ~ at least you haven't just wrote: "FAKE" :)

  • IMPORTANT: I'm fully aware that many think this old footage fake; I'm certainly ok with that, but be aware I won't allow anyone showing disrespect to the people who perished in the Titanic tragedy.

  • @ObsoleteOddity Well mr smarty pants if ur so smart y is there no evadence or survivors for the titanic? NONE just a few compter generated image because it was faked, just like the moon landings and ww2

  • @EverythingInane speechless! lol

  • fake.

  • Good job! I would have clicked "like" but it was disabled! Thanks

  • @willieneal57 a rare and positive comment! Thank you.

  • is the ship sinking? she looks scared

  • @98dalejr 10 points

  • hey, where do you get film to look old, from?

  • @bfs1888 ε(●̮̮̃•̃)з

  • @bfs1888 from it being old

  • @foxgloved1 :) you tell him!

  • @Romanov8181 you've been looking at the wrong pictures then. So, are you saying that women were not dramatic in the early 1900's? ...I wasn't aware that the evolution of human emotions could change in such a short period of time; because as far as I'm aware, people, male & female, still show fear or dismay when confronted with something fearful or unpleasant. "the end" I guess you're referring to the sinking of the Titanic clip....again, read the description.

  • Fake

  • @SSPoseidon846 ...ready audience? "OH NO IT'S NOT!""

  • NANANANANANANANANANANA

    ...

Listen peoples, anyone here who wants to be turned into a zombie, go check out Ms Zombie's channel, she's the best....just look at the makeover she did for me!

  • @ObsoleteOddity

    HERE COMES THE NWO!!!! xD

  • @ZombifyIt ooh! poetry corner on PCP! lemme try:

Humpty Dumpty sat at the mall ~ Humpty Dumpty had some Big Macs

all the sling corsets and all the salesmen ~ couldn't fit Humpty into a ten!

    Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!!!

  • @ObsoleteOddity

wow, you made me cry with that poem,... so.. romantic. :)

lemme tell you, you have some poetry skills my friend, beautiful. :D

    Very touching indeed.

    Here's another:

    Ring around the ozon,

    We All Fall Down.

  • @ZombifyIt aww...Miss Zombie, yer making me blush :)

It is you that has the poetic soul my yummy friend; and a heart filled with noble and just notions.

If there was more like you on this little blue planet, then maybe the shift for positive change would take seed in all.

  • @ObsoleteOddity not everyone reads the description so fuck off and stop being such a smart ass

  • @TitanicExpert1912 ok, apologies to the imbeciles like yourself, I shall endeavour to explain each and every time, don't bother reading the description, just ask like this twat

  • Nova Scotia! Have you seen Trailer Park Boys!! love it!!

  • Interesting footage. What's the spooky music called?

  • @logolou Thank you. Sorry, I've no idea what the music's called

  • u shush i shush dude

  • @MrCharmizard you forgot one fundamental aspect...it's my vid, I get the last word;

    you're boring me now. BYE!

  • In my opinion, which I am entitled to, this is NOT actual footage. First of all a crew member could a) Not afford a camera, b) he wouldn't 'borrow' one from someone and c) if by some miracle he did have one when getting in a lifeboat it would have been thrown overboard. Also if the CS Mackay-Bennet did find this there be some record of it and they wouldn't have saved a trunk because they were already pressed for space with the bodies, coffins and embalming supplies. So they wouldn't save a trunk

  • @Sadie1the1Arcanine who says it was a crew member? It would've have been a 1st class passenger I think, perhaps filming people he was travelling with. Lots of items were taken by passengers who were saved, and if one of the crewmen from the CS Mackay-Bennet found a camera on a floating bit of flotsam, who's to say it wasn't taken back and not inventoried? We can only speculate now. Thanks for your imaginative comment though :)

  • @ObsoleteOddity I do concede that this COULD be actual footage but I also found that it looks like something quite interesting. It reminds me of the 1912 silent movie 'Saved from the Titanic' which is amazing in itself and would be important to history because all copies ever made of said film were lost in a fire in 1914. I also officially agree that I think the footage is too old to ever tell because there are a great deal of cabins on the Titanic that were never recorded so we don't know.

  • @Sadie1the1Arcanine Well now we're getting somewhere Sadie, lol

Interesting your mention of the 1912 movie; I've never seen it, so I can't compare the footage, though some other user also mentioned the same silent movie. If all the copies were destroyed in a fire, how is it possible to make a comparison? The final part of your comment is possibly the most intelligent of all the comments yet to appear under this video. Thank you.

  • Movie footage wasn't THAT bad

  • @MrCharmizard ...your comment makes no sense?

  • @ObsoleteOddity yes it does!

  • @MrCharmizard ...in your mind!

  • @ObsoleteOddity ow just shut it!!!

  • @MrCharmizard ...you first

  • @ObsoleteOddity OMG SHUT UP!!!

  • @MrCharmizard go away and eat yer christmas pud, stuff some cake in yer hole

  • @ObsoleteOddity ow just shush

  • Nice try, and the best 'used' looking film I've seen yet! Give yourself credit for the art work, rather than passing this off as real.

  • @bfs1888 "used" looking film?? This is genuine old film footage, no photoshop tricks; I would be proud if I could have created it...but I didn't. 'Nice try' for your small effort in trying to discredit it... NOT!

  • being from the halifax nova scotia area myself has it crossed your mind to get this footage to the maritime museum of the atlantic to have them check it out and possibly verify the film as well as make sure the trunk is legit? just a thought.. though this footage is kind of interesting

  • @stefansmom Thanks for your intelligent comment. Unfortunately various commitments at this time, prevent me from doing just that; I live far away from the maritime museum of the atlantic, and would not entrust my find with the postal services. A very good suggestion though.

  • Whether this was filmed on the real Titanic or not... what a great piece of history to find at a flea market. I also find it interesting that it was found in a trunk with "CS Mackay-Bennett" painted on it, for obvious reasons.

  • @Collechka Thank you for your comment. I love flea markets, you never know what treasures are to be found; and it's very rewarding to find something unusual at a bargain price :)

  • Where would this have been shot on the Titanic?

  • @Collechka I was thinking possibly one of the staterooms, but I'm no Titanic expert.

  • Unlikely to have been filmed aboard. Film in those days required extensive make-up, which passengers would have had no reason to put on. Much more likely from a movie made ABOUT the sinking later.

  • @vv55sst not true, there's much early film footage of normal people in the streets, in shops etc; who are certainly not wearing make-up. Take a close look at the passengers in this footage...no make-up on their faces (at least no stage make up, and why wouldn't these women in the footage, not wear make-up? it was normal for a woman in those days to apply some cosmetic make-up, just as it is today)

Sorry, a very vague point you're trying to make.

  • This is almost certainly from the first film made about the disater. It was made in 1912. Alan Lowe.

  • @judithjames11 sorry, you're wrong ~ but the effort was there at least :)

  • I think the woman in the film is LADY DUFF GORDON! Maybe its her! I am sure it is her.

  • @HMTOlympic ...by jove old chap, I think you might be onto something there!

but are you sure she'd let herself be filmed in a frock like that?

  • This is a fake. Also, there was no such interior on Titanic.

  • @psrusek ....ready audience? "OH YES THERE IS!""

  • this during the sinking?

  • @starball23 there was a lot of things happening before the ship finally went down

  • @ObsoleteOddity so is it during the early stages of the sinking for a day or two before the collison?

  • @starball23 Impossible to know for sure, but have a look at the at the woman passenger who looks upwards towards deck level; then watch her worried features....maybe that will give some indication....

  • The damage is repetitive, but it never repeats exactly, which is what you'd expect from a damaged reel. If anyone doesn't think film was 'cinematic' at this time watch DW Griffith's 'Birth Of A Nation', a beautifully cinematic movie made only three years later. Please leave off poor Oddie. Telling him he's only making himself look less credible by defending himself is a childish way to get him to stop. You people have been attacking him, so obviously he'll want to defend himself!

  • @LouiseCerrutti Thank you sweet friend for leaping to my defence. Trolls just want to disrupt and spread negativity, most of them have no idea what they're talking about, but they'll splurt it out anyway. Even when one blows holes in their judgement with a sound answer, they either hurl abuse or have no reply.

    Big XXX to you Louise

  • Also, RaiseTheTitanic1980 may be awfully expert and all that, but he has the lousiest taste in films! 'Raise The Titanic'? Pahahahahah! It's worse than, well, it's worse than 'Titanic'!

  • Comment removed

  • I took the time to read all the comments.

Are you sure that you are ok? I don't think so. You definately need help.

    See a doctor!

Your agression shows that you payed a lot of money for a piece of ...!

It is NOT the Titanic and it has never been. No matter what.

Save your time and don't answer me. I will not read it.

Funny that they always find someone who spends money on trash.

  • @Soton1912 lol, another default sock channel :)

....ehm, btw, you spelt "definately" wrong, it's definitely :) :)

    I'm ok, thanks!

  • @Soton1912 erm....also "payed" is spelt paid, just thought you might like to know :)

  • How and where did you get this video?

  • @TitanicExpert1912 does anyone read the video description on youtube? (it's directly under the view screen, just in case you don't know)

    thanks for your comment

  • @RecycledAmerica Greetings once again! I've just returned from a lovely trip to Ireland, where I visited the last port where irish passengers boarded the Titanic....now where were we? ...ah, yes, as I explained to another naysayer, the film was edited after it's purchase, because of it's deteriorated condition, it was deemed necessary to do so. Do you really need to resort to obscenities? Could it be envy? because I, 'Oddie Beau' have discovered such an important piece of Titanic history!

  • wow thats cool :D

  • @obsoleteoddity thats so true! Btw nice video:)

  • @ReptigloRand Thanks :)

  • @beserker1912 You can believe what you like. I have a YT account and entitled to upload videos as long as they conform to YT community guidelines, which this upload does. You are welcome to debate, you are also welcome to not like my video, but I will not accept insults, you have been reported.

  • Ok, the ship was sinking during this? How do you know that fact? First class passengers didnt know the ship was sinking until the end was near, and I doubt that if they did know it was going to sink that they would film this.

  • @beserker1912 I don't know this of course, it is merely a supposition (which I am entitled to, and which you've exercised liberally throughout) The 1st class passengers would have certainly had time to film this event, most didn't really believe it was really going to sink. You cannot know what somone would or wouldn't film, you are you, not the 'other' person; that's why you're resorting to petty insults. Behave yourself or you will be blocked.

  • @ObsoleteOddity I wouldn't mind being blocked. The footage is fake after all. How about this, If it turns out to be real, which i dont believe it is, then i will kindly apologize to you.

  • @beserker1912 The original reel is held in a private bank box; if I'm ever approached by an interested professional group, it will only be offered for research purposes, ie: to find out who these passengers were, etc... I'm not interested in the profit side of it. As far as an apology from you is concerned, I wouldn't accept it anyway; you are after all, just a minion sent by RTT '80 to try and harass me. Re: blocking, that wish of yours I can magnanimously grant.... NEXT!

  • @beserker1912 btw, your pm was rather more conciliatory, you mentioned that it might be the smoking room on the Titanic, but that women wouldn't go there....I'm quite sure even back then, in times of emergency and danger, all social conventions would be put aside, and the women would be by their man's side.

  • VIEWERS BEWARE of user: RaiseTheTitanic1980!! I've gave him the courtesy of allowing him to call "FAKE" on my video, but because I dared to disagree, he sent a troll crew to harass and thumb my vid down. What sort of behaviour is that for an adult? Look at the user name of one his trolls: 'danofspam' ...need I say more? I am a great fan of and love the mystery of the great Titanic, these people are just egocentric and displaying typical playground bullying tactics. Experts...yeah right

  • @ObsoleteOddity this footage is fake. The impurities and degradation of the film wouldnt be so repetitive. Every 3 seconds you can see the same damage, and i honestly doubt that in 1912, home footage would have been so cinematic. RTT1980 happens to be a friend of mine who has decades of research under his belt. He and plenty of others can easily expose you for the fake that you are. So quit trying so hard. The more you reassure, the less credible you are.

  • @beserker1912 If you knew anything about old film, you would know that damage to one part on the reel of film, will display that damage repeatedly as the reel is played. You can know nothing about the person who shot this clip, how professional they and the camera were. I've had RTT1980's trolls saying they're actors on the clip, and why would the woman be distressed looking? she must be acting, etc, ...if a ship was sinking, it wouldn't be a happy event. Keep trying you're all just jealous.

  • Sorry but no this clearly is fake, we are all aware of the stories that say a private company holds some film footage and is waiting for the right time to cash in on it, if such a video was real, theres no way the companie would let it slip into your hands, or if they made this, theres no way they would mix such historicly important footage on the cheap Windows Movie Maker... Its okay if your passionate for Titanic, but this is just a pathetic grasp for attention.

  • @danofspam I'm allowing this comment only to show YT viewers what sort of despicable people I'm dealing with here; just because I picked holes in user 'RaiseTheTitanic1980' view on my video, he has sent a troll crew to thumb down my video and spam me with dozens of comments...most of which I've deleted. I wonder what Titanic lovers will think of this so called expert? This is internet stalking and childish. My video is non-profit, I have never sought monetary gain from it. Shame on you!

  • @danofspam what are you talking about "there's no way the compani(e) (sic) would let it slip into your hands"...This film reel belongs to me, it's mine; what company are you talking about? It's not about money, but you can't seem to grasp that.

  • Total fake!! Simples!

You must have something to hide being so aggressive with your replys!

BTW! RaiseThe Titanic1980 is one of the best Titanic historians and knows these ships inside and out and knows a dam site more about these Vessels that you do my friend!!!!

  • @PVGUK I'm allowing this comment only to show YT viewers what sort of despicable people I'm dealing with here; just because I picked holes in user 'RaiseTheTitanic1980' view on my video, he has sent a troll crew to thumb down my video and spam me with dozens of comments...most of which I've deleted. I wonder what Titanic lovers will think of this so called expert? This is internet stalking and childish. My video is non-profit, I have never sought monetary gain from it. Shame on you!

  • Respond to this video... @RaiseTheTitanic1980 I'm not allowing anymore comments from you or your trolls; how petty of you to send them here to thumb down my video just because I didn't agree with your comment. I've had to diable ratings, you must be feeling big now huh? You've sent dozens of trolls to harass me and spam my inbox. You expect to be taken seriously as an expert on the Titanic?? How old are you for pete's sake? I've had to block you for your nefarious and infantile harassment.

  • That is NOT the Titanic or even a Olympic-Class vessel. There are no defining features that accidently suggest it is a Titanic/Olympic-Class liner room. 10/10 for trying to fool us though.

  • @RaiseTheTitanic1980 As the film is damaged and somewhat blurred, any clear identification of this cabin (probably a 1st class stateroom) "accidentally" or otherwise, is impossible.

10/10 though, for convincing yourself otherwise :)

  • "impossible", not to the trained eye it's not and that of a long established Titanic historian

  • @RaiseTheTitanic1980 as I've already stated, the film is blurry and damaged, so even if you were the leading expert in what wood veneer they used in the first class toilets, or who supplied eggs to the ship, one cannot make any qualified, or unqualified judgement, from this rare old film; but I realise of course, everyone likes to feel important in life, and if you've funnelled your life energy into studying the Titanic, you're entitled to your 5 mins fame...it is YouTube after all :)
