@jdove82 Actually, the word comes from the Italian language, in the original form "capotasto" and is said as such "kah-poh-tahs-toh". Which would sound closer to Kah-poh (capo) than the American Kay-poh. Once again it seems the american's have made their own version and only accept this as truth. Go away angry little man.
