This works for the other dollar values. I downloaded some images and printed them off. When I folded them the same way as this video - I couldn't believe my eyes! I saw incremental stages of destruction right down to a smoking ruin. The $20 is only 1 frame of an animation.
Note that the towers looked like they were inside an egg (like an arched window)symbolising the birth of the NWO.
