@leksuli In this film, Batemen is murdered in a flashback. The films story is not canon to the first movie, if you want to be canon with Ellis's original story, Patrick Batemen died in 2003 in a pier fire.

then the camera looks at bateman and he looks pretty confused, i think he was trying to figure wtf was going on+ he was on coke:/ and i think he realised he had just made it up
