i also noticed when you loosed the chuck, that you only had to loosen once. when I do it, i loosen with the wrench, loosen one half turn by hand and it's stuck again, so i need to use the wrench one more time. is my collar messed up? it's not like the demo at all!

my fine adjustment knob on the top is choppy. it feels like it gets stuck and then releases, stuck and releases, as you turn. how do i fix this?
