The alpha of the man walking past is too sharp, it needs motion blur, you could dialiate and erode the edge and use a blur with the background plate to make it more seamless. Also your colour correction and black levels needs correcting as the interior and outside of the train don't match. Otherwise its getting there :-)
It could use some sound or music in the background, ortherwise it looks decent. I can imagine the story that you want to start a fight with the guy that just past you, but your friend/ or "partner" want holds you back.
