Gondry always messes good songs up with his videos. This one is ruined with the stupid sound effects and the huge cut where it takes you out of the actual song and into them watching football with a shitty bootleg-sounding part of the song and the part where he busts in just takes too long. Same thing with Around the World (Daft Punk), his video for it makes absolutely no sense and I really think it makes the song a lot harder to enjoy.
evry goup of dancers in Around the World video represents different sounds in the song. and they all dance on a large vinyl record. makes perfect sense to me.
