Great show plain and simple. Rhythm x was phenomenal as well. Both emphasized the activity as a whole and how far it has come and where it's going. A score doesn't matter

One thing that drives me nuts about our beloved activities (Band/Corps/Indoor Guard/Perc) is that people get so caught up in the competitive aspect they forget to be spectators. Everything has to be 1 "or" the other. So many people behave as though you have to pick as side. "Screw Pulse! Rhythm-X should have won!" etc. Who says you have to pick one? Judges have to, we get to just watch. If "Your" group didnt win, you can still acknowledge the others.

It's not about how easy your show is. It's about how clean the music is on top of visuals, marching, etc. This show was crazy clean and had a great wow factor. Plus has anyone paid attention to the pit, that shit was crazy! You don't win first place because the parts are hard, everything has to be close to perfect. Look at their feet, look at the precision they give. That's why they won.

The only reason why X didn't take it in 2010 is because they fuzzed ALOT in their opener....this show to me is like an advanced scholastic world show, with all the voice overs and crap. But I wouldn't have understood if it weren't for the voice or the marriage. I also don't think the voice over coincided very well with the concept of the show. But that's all my opinion there show was terrific. But I personally like Rhythm X's a whole lot better concept and music wise.
