  • He's probably somebodys dinner

  • Dogs in asia are mean. Don't go to asia and pet a stray cause it will most likely try to bite you. It's not rabid.

  • There is video of a rabid cow somewhere on Youtube, that is actually frightening although it could be even more frightening in 3D

  • that dog was eating rice

and that was ricey goodness all over his mouth, not rabies foam....

he was probably pissed off because you were too close and he thought you were going to take his rice

  • @zx6rtt

     LOOL...

  • @zx6rtt LMAO

  • =0 poor dog

  • shoot it and put it out of its misery!

  • lol you troll, the dislike bar is bigger. That is just a normal dog, not rabid one :)

  • @wingedsonar you are right. There are only 2 survival cases in the US after the symptoms showed. One of them was a young girl, but she had speech problems afterwards

  • cujo stephen kings book

  • Can some tell me even IF YOU GET BITTEN by a rapid animal and you go and get your shots right away, there's still no hope for survival?

  • @KOOL2011 If you get the HRIG treatment within 24-48 hours of the bite, there is a good chance you will survive. After symptoms of rabies are shown, you will die.

  • @bludkoa Thats sad to hear. Here (U.S) we have access to good medical facilities but the 3rd world countries :(

  • @KOOL2011 Yeah. :(

  • @KOOL2011 No, if you get the treatment within 24 hours of the bite, there is a great chance you'll survive with little to no damage to the nervous system.

  • @bludkoa Good to know, thanks.

  • @KOOL2011 There's only "no hope" if you begin showing signs. This can take up to a month to show, but it's death or a shot, so within 24 hours is practically a guarantee nowadays. There have been, I believe, two survival cases in history, the last century.

However, this pup was lucky; he had a plate of whip-cream, not a fight with a raccoon or the like. :)

  • can u cure rabies if an animal has it such as a dog??!?

  • No, once symptoms are showing, such as drooling or trouble swallowing, fever, etc, then the animal will die. Same for humans.

  • It could have a mouth infection or worms. Or it could just be from the heat, I didn't see any water in that bowl. Hence the foamy slobber. The dog is barking at you because it doesn't know you. It's not rabid.

  • Dogs also foam at the mouth when its very hot out and theyre extremely dehydrated. I say spray him down with a hose and cool him off

  • that do isn;t rabid, he's got a very bad case of dehydration

  • more like a dehydrated dog

  • Wtf dude ? Of course the dog will bark , Standing his ground.

  • Did you just call him kujo? Isn't that the name of that dog in that one movie where he was rabbid?

  • that dog dose have rabies or he has really dry lips

  • dude is the 'bowl' a freaking pie dish?

  • A dog in China that's not on a dinner plate... shocking

  • @TheFatBastard89 You're thinking about Korea. Chinese eat rats.

  • needs a napkin:D

  • she had foam too it was like that cause she was justhirsty its not good to assume things

  • we had a dog it was very thirsty when we found her she had no rabies just really thirsty read before judging

  • And thats why i stay in America.

  • my guess hes thirsty and hungry i couldnt eat a bowl of sand/rocks......

  • Its not rabid, look in the bowl, that stuff in the bowl is whats on his mouth.

  • Holy fuck... what a let down the only reason i came here was because i thought the title was ganja grassland..

  • That's how my brother acts when he's pissed off. He acts like a rabid dog.

  • I do not think that dog has rabies. I bet it's just pissed off or cross, and quite thirsty and/ or malnourished. Aggressive dogs will foam at the mouth.

  • Hope my dog will be ok forever he cute :)

  • How to define a rabid animal:

    -Very aggressive

-Foam near and around the mouth

  • poor thing

  • Its Funny Becaause You Guys Didn't Notice The Freaakin Whip Creaam Or Whaatever In The Bowl In REACH Of The Dog. It Doesn't Haave Rabies.

  • @santaberry that dog has rabies, you can clearly see that dude!

  • @AeroFix94

Rabid dogs have no control of their hind legs (because of the paralysis this disease causes), this symptom normally appears before the hypersalivation and hydrophobia. People, this dog is NOT infected with rabies. I wouldn't be so worried about rabies in my city... the last case of rabies carried by a dog/cat here ocurred in 1998. 95% of rabies cases take place in Asia and Africa, 4% in Southamerica and the other 1% in other places. It's succesfully cured if you're treated in time.

  • ppl a rabid dog does not "BARK"

  • that dog needs wATER and maybe some exercise

  • i dont see any water bowls near the animal...the bowl that is visible is full of some dry type of substance...probably dirt...i assume that this area has hot weather...and to top it off the dogs chain is too short...a combination of spinning in place on a too short probably too tight chain w no water in hot weather...foamy mouth not a suprise...

  • this dog does not automatically have rabies because its foaming @ the mouth...and anyone who disagrees is more than welcome to...Cujo was fiction...i have a degree in veterinary technology...i have studies rabies virus in depth...thank you

  • dude there is like a cream pie in the back and its in reach of the dog

    EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!

  • poor dog :(

  • did the dog get killed by gun

  • IF that dog had rabies, it should have been put down for its own good as well as the safety of everyone else around it. But it's also possible it's just really pissed about being chained to a pole with no nearby food or water, having people come around and staring at it. In which case, it's animal abuse. Since it's chained, I assume the "rabies" only set in AFTER someone caught it and chained it up with no food or water. Hmm....

  • No food or water bowls by the dog??? ABUSE.......

  • That dog aint rabid.

  • @ jcyeahful Blah Blah talk to me....I am NOT talking to you! I put the heavy chain around your skinny neck and leash to the forever pole!!

  • Aw. That sucks. That dog is really cute.

  • I knew Soap made animals hyper...

  • I'd be pissed to if every chinaman in the area was trying to eat me.

  • @jcyeahful Shut up! Nonsense!

  • I hope that dog was put outta its misery before it spread the disease

  • Poor dog!! I am against the chain on dog!! No water caused the mouth dry and barked for help! Fuck you all for laughing at it!! NOT funny!!

  • @JADEAV this dog isnt a dog anymore this isnt old champ who u used to pat as u passed him far from it this "animal" will kill u without remorse thats what rabbies does to animals turns them effectivly into zombies sort of

  • @JADEAV so you would rather the dog be loose and bite people. also I don't think that bark was for calling for help. it sounded more like a "im a mad dog, Im going to kill you" type of bark

  • 28 woofs later xD

  • "Cujo"

Lol i died of laughing, that is one of my favorite books xD

  • Still back legs are a pretty good sign it is rabies...

  • yea i'm pretty sure i had a rabid racoon on my back deck last year, i went out to smoke a cig at night and he is just sitting there staring at me, he appeared to be 'shaking' just a little bit....so i picked him up with a snow shovel and tossed him down a steep hill off the back and he came back in a few minutes....i pushed him off the deck with the shovel but he kept holding on to the deck and wouldn't leave

  • :( who's feeding it and gioving it water?

  • :(

  • i agree this dog may not be rabid..from the videos Ive seen..rabid animals often appear disoriented, confused..stubbling around..

  • did they eat it?

  • I would be pissed too if my bowl is empty and a chain is around my neck.

  • the dog is just thirsty or stressed. It has no Rabies my friends. Shitty Vid. Peace out!

  • pour animal:(, look at him, he is probably foaming of thirst. so sad

  • I'd fuckin run!

  • wowzers, i'm scared now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Let it of the leash faggot

  • what a cute cuddly little dog--lol NOT!

  • Kill it! Put it out of its misery before it bites someone!

  • LOOK NEXT TO THE DOG THERES A BOWL WITH WHITE STUFF IN IT THAT HE PROBABLY ATE

  • I dunno. Could be mange, dehydration, but I doubt rabies. The dog's chained to a wooden poll, so he could be angry. I don't see any food or water anywhere at all. And the foam? My dog foams at the mouth after barking for a while. But I see how he looks like he's having mental issues [barking furiously and then looking around, confused]. Either way, it's still pretty sad to see. Did the people tell you he was rabid?

  • @Sporeofthecentury Definatly not mange. There would be hair loss and scaley patches of skin, especialy around the face.

  • @CHEVYedsf Ohhh. Thanks for telling me. n_n;

  • now that dog REALLY HAS RABIES

  • @ItsLineyXx He doesnt have rabies. He's defending his area bc people are getting near him. Observe his body language.

  • @CHEVYedsf Look at the white foam down his mouth.

  • @CHEVYedsf I'm a lisensed vet tech and just because an animal is foaming doesnt mean it has rabies.

  • @CHEVYedsf what's rabbies body language? lol.

  • @sk8forlife90 Depends on if they have the furious or dumb form of rabies.

  • @CHEVYedsf furious or dumb form lol, is their a such thing haha. i think rabies is just rabies.

  • @sk8forlife90 There are 2 forms. Look it up on google and it will tell you somewhere. And mange doesnt affect the psycological behavior of an animal, it just infects the skin. The 2 most common mange mites are Demoxed and Scabies, which burrow into the subcutaneus layers of skin and eat the hair follicles, leaving the rest of the shaft to fall off. So no this isnt mange ;) and it might not even be rabies, the dog just may not like people waling up to it while its tie up.

  • @CHEVYedsf *Demodex, sry

  • I've seen 2 dogs with rabies in the past. This clip is very hard to figure out because its too short, and it did not show how the dog was behaving when people were not next to it.

Rabid dogs are restless, and just want to "go" unsteady body, very jittery, much like someone who was on amphetimines and etc.

I personaly think its just a very angry dog doing what its meant to do Protect its propery.

  • Did anyone do anything about this or was it for the spectacle of tourists?

  • It's Cujo!

  • Not Rabies just thirsty

  • how is it rabid it has just not been used to humans as this is in china i pretty sure its going to be dinner for who owns it

  • @Scizor3D

let it bite you then. if you survive, you win.

  • that is animal abuse. The poor thing has rabies and the owners just leave it tied up to bite whoever or whatever comes across it

  • What a troll.

  • that is a killer dog....what kind is it?

  • @MegaJim79 Looks to me like a Do Khyi (Tibetan Mastiff)

  • @Pjacks87

What ever breed it is...it's a killer!

  • cujo hahah

  • @Kid01k your retarded anything infected with rabies has hydrophobia so it would not drink it anyway

  • Give the poor creature some water, or leave it be, call the aspca! Bastards....

  • @kid01k There's nothing you can do for a rabid dog. -_-

  • @kid01k call the aspca to come to china? dumb

  • @kid01k ASPCA would not travel out of the country. btw, but the equivalent in china would arrive after the dog has already died. They take far too long. You're better off shooting the dog yourself than waiting for somebody to do it for you.

  • Someone needs to get this dog some water. If hes thirsty he will drink,if hes rabid he wont be able to.

  • its called a barking dog !

  • Poor little guy...

  • Aw I would've went up and at least pet or hug it.

  • @jgq85 Most likely you would have gotten mauled if you did that

  • @jgq85 Um, if it has rabies, that's not something you'd want to do. hahaha

  • @jgq85 bro he would have responded by going at you neck

  • Oh my god this is some scary dog lol his face looks like a bear !

  • yes he did have rabies he was foaming at the mouth it was just still in the early stages

  • You sure it was rabid, or just plain dying of thirst?

  • cujo HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • That is NOT rabies, rabies work on their nuerological system. They become wobbly, groggy with excessive salivation, tearing, confusion and uncontrollable urination. That dog was just foamy because of being upset. He was stable on his feet and not confused. So finthallon you don't know what you're talking about.

  • @mzzlouie - Exactly right :)

  • @mzzlouie There are two different kinds of rabies...dumb rabies which is where they do that...and the next one would be furious rabies...and they usually act very aggressive.

  • @Suikotsu I know but in both types..the same end result.

  • dood wtf, rabid my ass..lol that dog was eating a bowl white shit that got on his fur....lammmmmmmmeeeeeee

  • he just needs water!

  • It is so sad to see him in that way...

  • What is scary is china not this dog. Give it some water god damn animal abusers

  • canine distemper also mimics rabies symptoms. Not convinced he had either though.

  • foaming from the mouth doesn't always mean it has rabies, it's hot and the dog is barking like crazy

  • My daschund tried to eat a toad once and foamed at the mouth for about a half hour, but when in doubt, shoot it out!

  • I don't think it is rabies. Once my dog had foam all over her mouth and I was freaked out. Turns out she had gotten stung by a bee in the mouth. Dogs can foam at the mouth for lots of reasons.

  • dude kill it!!

  • thats sad

  • Its hard to tell whether it has rabies or is just froffing out of aggression, adrenaline etc. Dog froff from the mouth when they are chasing something, attacking something, aggressive etc.

  • It doesn't have rabies, it's friggin thirsty! GIVE IT SOME DAMN WATER!

  • That's fucking animal cruelty. They should end the hapless creature's suffering.

  • It needs to be put down, poor thing is suffering

  • i dont see the point of chaining it to a post. kill it

  • Somebody needs to shoot that dog!

^ My words when I first saw the movie 'Old yeller'. I was 4.

  • I am watching this video coz I had a nightmare about rabid dogs last night

  • it doesnt appear like that dog really had rabies? doesnt show any symptoms :s lol

  • @nuggetwetyou his back legs were stiff, that is a very good sign

  • biedny pies na tak krótkim łańcuchu i jeszcze w jakim on jest stanie ... :/ zal US

  • if it really WAS rabies, why didnt you help the poor thing?!

  • @LoveLikeAHurricane What would YOU do to help it? This guy probably wasn't planning on meeting a rabid dog, so it's not like he was going to shoot the thing. And it would be just stupid to go up to it and cuddle...

  • @LoveLikeAHurricane What was he supposed to do go up to it and hug it? If he went by that thing it would've bit him causing him to be infected, therefore would be stupid and its not like he was planning to run into a chained up rabbied dog.

  • @shadowhunter388 Actually it wouldn't probably just get infected, he would also get infected with rabies, which has a 99% fatality rate in humans if not treated in time.

  • @finthallon yea...they only just recently discovered how to save humans from it once they get symptoms and thats by placing them in a chemically induced coma...but they still usually have brain damage afterwards...i saw cujo today so i had to see this haha

  • @26esm Well induced comas won't save everyone, most people can't even awake from a chemically induced come either, so once the symptoms for rabies shows up you can pretty much say goodbye.

  • Poor buddy, should have just shot him in the head let him die quick and easy, he would not be buried though as he wasn't but at least he didn't go through the horrible process, however if he had rabies, and he wasn't dumb rabies which is what most dogs get, the non aggressive kind. If he had aggressive rabies he would have bit your ass.

  • @Phils4life926 Never shoot a suspected rabid dog in the head. The head is removed and tested. If you shoot it in the head it cant be tested to see if it has rabies.

  • @nfldshorty21 ....why would shooting it in the head make it unable to be tested??

  • You are stupid. That dog is simply doing his job letting everyone know there are intruders nearby. Dog's foam at the mouth occasionally because of thirst or anger, not because of rabies.

  • Wouldnt it be more humane just to put the poor animal out of its misery rather than leave it there to slowly go insane and die horribly as well as being a potential threat.

  • just shoot it in the head...quick and painless

  • By the time it shows symptoms, its already too late. Should have just beat its brains in with a stick, and put it out of its misery.

  • Aw, why didn't you help it, like call someone to pick it up without touching it. Poor thing, it must be treated! Foam is even coming out of his mouth :(

  • Put it down already.

  • when it comes to suffering humans or animals, the chinese are the most abusive lot on earth. look up the chinese animal abuse in their fur trade. guessing those that chained this poor animal plan to eat this dog. hope they suffer the same fate.

  • This dog IS rabid!! Pay attention to his hind legs! Rabies causes the hind legs to become paralyzed, notice how they arent moving right?

  • 28 woofs later.

  • lol

  • LMFAO

  • Once an animal has rabies, theres nothing you can do to help it. The most you could do is have it put to sleep, thats what they needed to do to my dog because he wis bitten by a rabid racoon.

  • @ZombiesFan95 A dog or cat that hasn't been immunized can survive being bitten by a rabid animal if they are given the vaccine before the onset of disease. Rabies has a long incubation period which is why the vaccine can be given post exposure, rabies is 99.99% lethal to humans and animals alike if the vaccine is not administered.

  • @Prometheus203 Yeah, I know what you mean, but my dog was only 6 months old and we were going to get his rabies shot a week later.

  • Bats are the worst for rabies if you think you may have been bitten seek medical help immediately. Bats fangs are like hypodermic needles so sometimes you can't see or feel the bite. I hope I helped! Let me know if anyone has any other questions!

  • Ugh... Well I was very detailed but I'm not typing all that again. Symptoms are: fever, unable to swallow, sometimes a fear of water, paralosis, it attacks the nervous system and brain so unconteolled speech or falling over... The reason foaming at the mouth was in kujo is because you can't drink when you have rabies cuz you can't swallow so the animal might drool a little. In the past 8 years only 3 people in the US have had rabies symptoms past the point of the PEP meds.

  • YouTube won't let me type!

  • I just typed like 2 pages and it didn't go through!!!

  • Foaming at the mouth is not even in the list of symptoms for rabies. It's a false symptom. That dog would not be acting like that if he had rabies. I'm an animal control officer and we are trained on all the signs and symptoms.

  • @AbsolutFaye What are some of the real symptoms we should look out for?

  • ??? I'm sorry, but excessive salivation (Foaming at the mouth) IS A Definite symptom of rabies. Its caused by a swelling of the saliva glands and a inability to swallow. Where ever you work please do some more research before spreading "false truths" on the internet

  • I think it would be better described as an "unconfirmed suspicion" rather than a "false truth". We (as the audience) don't know what the truth is from a 15 second clip.

  • I agree with you that we can't be certain of the truth from a 15 second video however the "false truth" i was referring to was the claim someone made that foaming at the mouth was NOT a symptom of a rabies.

  • @LionessCub1 oh, sorry I misread your statement, I see what you're saying.
