  • @Crevithe So to drift, I just have to edit the handling line and vehicles.ide line?

  • @x3LEMONz just the handling line for the specific vehicle.

the vehicles.ide file is for specifying what specific properties that vehicle has (i.e. special parts, etc.)

  • @Crevlthe Okay.. Then I just put the provided handling line and it would drift like how you did ?

  • @x3LEMONz what provided handling line :|

I only put the link to the car mod, not the drifting handling. if I remember, I found it off GTAforums - I'll see if I can find it, and if I can i'll send it over :)

  • @Crevithe okay thanks alot. BTW, nice drifting skills (:

  • @x3LEMONz heh, its 4wd :|

time I put up some proper RWD drifting stuff though :)

  • handling line pls?

  • Very nice vid.

  • Sick !!!

  • охуенчик братишка

  • lol 1:09

  • not bad justin, sic drifting mod :D

  • your using drift mod sucks

  • its not possible to drift without a mod, since there's so much traction in the game's original handling line.

either you'll understeer when you add too much torque going around a corner using the normal handling line, or you'll oversteer and hit what you were originally trying to get around.

  • @Crevlthe no if u really can drive

  • @bulldogjon1998 shut up you dont even mod

  • cool! watch my old drift video...

  • haha geiles game

aber ich hab gehört es hat verdammt viele bugs

  • dude after u download the car mod, what do u do to get it in the game, can u send me the full procedure? thanks!

  • basically, you need a program which can edit the img file which contains the vehicle models.

I use SparkIV. open up the program, hit browse and it should load up the directory of your GTA IV folder. on the left hand side, scroll down to the PC folder, then to the models folder, and then finally open up the cdimages folder. after selecting that, double click vehicles.img. this should then open up that archive.

  • you first want to export (i.e. backup the original model) the file you are going to overwrite; (just in case anything goes wrong), then download the file I have attached in the description. inside you should find a wtd and a wft file. import these into the archive, then hit rebuild, then hit save. then it should work :P

  • This really deserves more views!

  • very SICK watch my new Video :D 5/5
