Bars come in closer to the rider (almost 3") as well as the pegs moved in about 2" back. I own a 100th Anniversary V-Rod, great bike and yes it will do rolling burnouts. The bike is a show stopper but HD doesn't do much on the marketing side of this bike. And that's a shame they have a great bike but it's not made for the old Harley Rider. It's made to bring the younger rider's who love sport bikes and the power they have. I owned a ZR1100 before the Rod.

Question: They are claiming "reduced reach pegs" and the driver certainly looks likes his legs are stretched less. But how are the accomplishing this? The pegs look like they are in the same position as previous Night Rod models. Is it a reduced reach seat maybe?
