  • Do you use the Clarisonic for your face?

  • @heartwishes3 nope...never even heard of it.

  • Great advice! I was wondering if you use sunscreen on your face ? Also, how long did it take to see results from skin brushing? Thank you so much!

  • @kate2001d I do not use sun block, and I saw skin brushing results immediately.

  • I was actually born with exzema and i hardly have much gluten so i dont think thats the problem

Can you do a video on how to skin brush?

  • @SoSoniLove Perhaps I can! :)

  • I want to do the dry skin brush, do you think it will help my eczema? Mine not that bad anymore but it can get pretty rough on my arms

  • @SoSoniLove Try it out and see if it makes things worse!!! I think that eczema is more of a dietary problem usually related to gluten and diary products. Have you experimented with that at all?

  • Wow those are really great tips! I do the dry skin brushing, and i moisturize with coconut oil for my body but i don't do either on my face. I'm 19 but I STILL have acne so i don't know if i could do the brushing or oil on my face. But i want to try eating more raw foods and maybe i will try the dry skin brushing on my face! Thanks again for the tips :)

  • Start rdrinking green juice to clear up the skin and go low fat ... i found the fat to cause my breakouts...dairy and bread/gluten were big contributors to poo skin too!

  • Thanks so much! Great advice. Did u say green juice? I couldn't exactly catch it. if so, is that like homemade green raw smoothies or something of the like? Also, may I ask how your skin was or if u had acne before you changed your diet? appreciate it and goodluck! u look AMAZING!

  • Yes green juice- veggies only! I dont recommed juicing fruit except citrus. so kale, jicama, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, etc... whatever you can. Or you can do wheatgrass with orange juice.

I do lots of green smoothies with bananas and greens and some other fruit like berries or pineapple or whatever I have on hand. My skin would get pimples (the kind that hurt) and I always had tiny bumps on my forehead. After going raw it COMPLETELY cleared up!

  • So wonderful! I really appreciate it. I'm 22, vegetarian, & have been going through skin problems since puberty and starting to realize it's probably from all the fried & processed junk I eat. I have the body odor issue as well so I'm looking forward to trying this & ridding myself of these problems that take a chunk out of my life :/. U are absolutely gorgeousbtw. Thanks for all of the advice!!! Looking forward to seeing more videos!

  • It's hard to even know where to start or how to make decent food especially when everyone around me eats meat & fried foods. BTW, Is organic super super important? We don't have many organic stores/produce in my area & what we do have, costs an arm & a leg :/!

  • Trust me, I had the same issue starting out. Most people I know still eat that way. Organic is important, but if you are going to eat junk over conventional produce I would say to eat conventional produce over packaged food. Raw is better than processed, even if it isn't organic.

  • wonderful! i really appreciate it. btw u are so sweet to take the time to write back to everyone as well. most could care less :). wishing u many blessings!

  • Thanks :) I am glad to help!

  • You are totally there. Keep rockin' it out! I love your videos!

  • Inspiring, and your good looks help you get your message out, power to you!

  • Wow! Thank you so much. I am glad I can help!

  • You look almost Exactly like Nikki Sanders from the TV show Heroes.

Nude is bad. You don't need to exercise, I'd think you'd look better if you gained 30 or 40 Lbs. If you can't love yourself on the inside and need to change the outside, you will be controlled by the Reptilian NWO. Resist the New World Order. Peace

  • Thank you. Your message is hilarious!

  • you look 21

  • Yeah, that's a bum deal on the sun in England. I have to be thankful I do have that in abundance in So Cal. Naked in the cold....LOL. What an image that gives me! I am a born goof I can't help it. I don't really know what I am going to say once the camera is going and I don't know how to edit them yet, so until then you have the goofy me!

  • Thanks for the skin tips - your skin looks great! Good luck:)

  • :) Thanks

  • You have a great talent for being an engaging teacher. Thanks for sharing this Lori!

    Sam

  • Aw, thanks! I am having fun. Making these videos keeps me on track too!

  • yes ... a fitness analysis ... i would love to learn what all that entails ...

    & yeah, hydration ftw

good luck on the next several weeks ... i'm sure you'll finish it in fine form!

(also glad to hear i'm not the only one "naked at noon" lol)

  • Ok, I'll post a video on the fitness analysis! :) I am scared since I know I am somewhat out of shape. I guess I can only go up from here though!

    Naked at Noon ROCKS! LOL!

  • I wish I had some place to sun nude. I have a chain link fence in my back yard and I live on a corner. :( My privies needs some sunshine. I look forward to seeing your fitness analysis video. I use the same soap, but I really only "need" it on areas with glands (pits, privies). Herbal Magic deodollo (that's what my son and I call deodorant) works well for me now that I eat clean food. You are already a raw role model, lady! You inspire me. We have a lot of the same goals.

  • I am brave. I have neighbors, but I don't worry about it. They all are working for the most part when I go sunning. If they catch a glimpse I feel sorry for them. I want to shout out to the world that body odor is a diet issue!! I am so glad I have been smelling cleaner. I even had a female client mention to me that my skin smelled sweet. Sun your privies already, maybe when the light shines in your sliding glass door, just lay on your floor indoors.

  • If i went outside nekid, many people would see me. My yard is just too exposed. I have even contemplated putting up some kind of barrier, just around where I am, so I can get sun without freaking the neighbors out. The last thing I need is a bunch of teenage boys lining up to visit my son. Privacy in the back yard will be something I look for when we move. My son also gets out of school at noon, so I probably won't get much indoors naked time, but I'll try. :)

  • LOL...yeah, your son might not appreciate that!
