mycotoxins can be present in a hell of a lot of things, mainly cereals is the concern. the fact remains that this is rarely the case that they do. if you want never to ingest mycotoxins you must avoid such a range of foods that you would die. put faith in food standards agencies.

We like to eat fruits, especially immediately right after a meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But now I am not so sure about that practice since my wife had told me that she had heard many others and even saw on tv that there are proper sequences to properly eating fruits.
Why does fruit make me gag? I love vegetables but fruits to me taste terrible. Things like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are about all I can tolerate. I agree, 100%. A lot of people feel very against the idea that "meat is bad" because they've been forcefed the bullshit that it's "healthy" our whole entire lives. Research suggests that all animal products, including meat, are detrimental to our health; and produce risks for cancer and obesity. =/ If only the public could take that truth...

what a load. you eat what you are made of. its like if you are fixing a hole in a concrete wall, you dont use wood to try and patch the whole. same with fruit , you need to eat alot of protein in order to prevent muscle loss (using conrete to fix the whole in the concrete wall) and also some vegetables to get you vitamins and minerals. and as for protein in fruit, wouldnt you be better to eat red meat than to eat 500 apples to get the eaas that you can get from 150 grams of steak

Are you serious? You need 50-60 grams of protein each day, depending on whether you are a woman or a man. That's about 150 grams of chicken breast. That's all the protein you need. Are you sure the body only needs protein to function right? Do you have any idea how many enzymes, minerals, and vitamins are needed in the million metabolic processes which take place every day?

Nature is very fascinating. Take for example the date: It is very high in sugar but that does not mean that it is bad for you. At the same time it contains minerals and fluor to protect the teeth and they also contain substances that lower the blood preasure. So, the sugar won't affect you badly.

Did this "expert" pass high school biology?
An enzyme is simply a protein that catalyses biochemical reactions rather than serving a structural role. All dietary protein is broken down into amino acids by the digestive process by pepsin/trypsin. Then the body synthesizes it's own proteins, including enzymes, using the amino acids obtained.
Anyways, the point of the matter is - dietary enzymes are completely irrelevant. Your body can't freakin' use them!

I am definitely not a nutritionist, but I agree with this guy. I have heard a lot of people saying enzymes help with digestion, and those that say they don't.
I don't really know what to believe, but I don't base my diet on whether something that has 'enzymes' in it.
I don't eat fruit because of enzymes. I eat fruit because it tastes great, and has lots of vitamins!

I agree- the effect of sugar in fruit is completely different than the effect of sugar EXTRACTED from fruit- a common scientific practice that leads scientist to assume that the fructose in fruit is bad.

Agree with you with KISS. I've been out of processed, junk food, soft drinks, etc for a looong time. Agree with the only liquid we need to drink is pure water. Shame that in the US few people find water without chlorine and fluoride.
As for chilling out... I retired at 41 yo, am 100% debt free. All the economic BS going on doesn't affectr me, so yes I've been relaxed for 15+ years.

you want to pick on me and that's fine. the subject is this vid, not me or the economy, or you. my point is also that these vids have info on a micro scale. that is too much for people to think about when first making change. People are so nutritionally inept they need to start on a much more simple level, not listen to hours of vids and learn that HFCS is bad, don't eat packaged/processed foods, eat high fiber, lots of fruits and veggies, exercise ect. build a good foundation first.

We like to eat fruits, especially immediately right after a meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But now I am not so sure about that practice since my wife had told me that she had heard many others and even saw on tv that there are proper sequences to properly eating fruits.

Why does fruit make me gag? I love vegetables but fruits to me taste terrible. Things like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are about all I can tolerate. Bananas, oranges, and apples in their raw form are just gross (to my taste buds anyhow). Though I do like things like apple and orange juice.
