  • Chimps. Now more helpful than the ordinary human being.

  • me want chimp

  • OMG O_O I'll give you my arm

  • we did not evolve from chipanzee Chimpanzees evolved from us ...

  • Most breeds of monkeys, ape, primate, or whatever, show that humanlike characteristic of hugging or other types of affection with each other as well as their human caretakers.

  • They never went into if they develop the ability to help other Chimpanzee. I would think not. Most likely is that they will always see the other chimp as a treat(not physical). I'd imagine the chimp knows that the Human is the one that feeds him, so he doesn't have to compete with the human for the food and thus asking for help to obtain it

  • aww it hugs!

  • Beautiful.

  • I wonder what creationists think about this video -__-

  • Smarter than half the idiots i work with.

  • I want a chimpanzee to give me a hug :(

  • 1:00 That was one of the cutest things I've ever seen on youtube!

  • If you drop your banana phone, you can forget it.

  • 01:00 this made me cry :')

  • @manwithoutstar same here ;_; i'm too emotional :D

  • @manwithoutstar I find 01:14 and 01:50 way better. Shows that animals aren't so different from us. Kinda sad to think about how we treat animals, even after this discovery.

  • i love chimps so much! so smart, like people.

  • he friggin' hugged him. awhhh

  • my gooood :(( he is very kind I wana kiss him :(

  • See, these chimps r all rite :)

  • Make them play Portal 2.

  • I just got back from seeing the new mission impossible movie. It was basically the same experience as watching this video except longer and with worse actors; the message was the same though: teamwork is good.

  • :S this made me cry...

  • chimps are better than humans when it comes to behaviour ,coz chimps dont attack each other ,not like people we kill each other..

  • @bluegreen988 AMEN. Humanity gives itself too much credit.

    Kudos to you.

  • @bluegreen988 You're wrong.Chimps do kill other chimps.Youtube violent chimp attack planet earth bbc wildlife.

  • @fuck1929 you are wrong again one you saw is a not real chimps fighting ..they are fake ..those chimps are humans dress as chimps..the reason I know because the guy who took the film is my friend..

  • @bluegreen988 Did you even watch the video?

  • They don't have ego, or any of that stuff that we do that makes us so horrible. They are just themselves, and that is so inspiring.

  • chimps are so cool!

  • NOOOOOO!!!!

  • I was a chimp then I took an arrow to the knee

  • it's cute!

  • ceasar..is..home

  • "Hi there human, can you help me move this box please?" jahhahahhahahahahaha so cute!!

  • apes will rise

  • I think monkeys are smarter than us

  • @Regginyaga Apes my dear, Apes.

  • @Regginyaga I think monkeys are smarter than you.

  • @jasonfish07 exactly

  • I'd rather have one of these guys than a human baby tbh. It would be so much fun! <3

  • The chimpanzee doesn't help each other because there's only one food for one chimp, but 2 working on it. So they refuse to help since they know one of them won't get it but they know the human doesn't want the food, so the chimp is willing to collaborate for the food since the chimp is going to get it. This video doesn't tell you why the chimp doesn't work together. In another video, there's only like this, where they won't help if they don't get the food.

  • simply amazing... im moved after watching this

  • OH MY GOD !.. chimpanzees (Pan), gorillas (Gorilla), humans (Homo), and orangutans (Pongo) are brothers.. and have 1 ancestor

  • Interesting to compare this to my cat. She's a great mouser, and sometimes when I see her trying to get a mouse, I'll go and scare it out of its hiding spot for her. The first time I did this, she looked annoyed, like she thought I would scare the mouse away, but she soon figured out that I was actually helping her. But it always seems to surprise her when I do this. And when me and another human are chasing her, we can easily catch her by cooperating - she never expects it.

  • that's not that clever. a really smart chimpanzee would've asked for a banana payment (half now, half later) before helping the human =)

  • Awwww, so cuuuuuuute!

-If the chimp knows what your goal is, he will help you get it

    - Of course if you dropped a banana, you can simply forget it...

    Haha, LOL! XD

  • i remember when i was a chimp and had to do problem solving

  • at the begining of the video, the reason the two chimps didn't cooperate was because they were KIDS! who knows how old they were! they certainly weren't adults.

  • That is so sweet <3

  • i want one....

  • i want a chimpanzee!! cute

  • @simerpreet11 no you dont, ever hear of that woman attacked by her pet chimp. they arent all violent but, if they are they can kill you pretty easy. they are 4 times as strong as humans.

  • I want one :P

  • My god chimps are geniuses!

  • any cuter?

  • @UserNamei5 u mad?

  • well..this is the proof of chimps intelligence and kindness but also the proof that chimps aren't 5 to 10 times stronger than humans

  • @darvey1979 As you may have noticed it's not a fully grown chimpanzee.

  • @darvey1979 dude these chimps are like 5 yrs old.

  • Seems likely that he only asks for help because he has learned that the human is not going to try and eat the food. Chimps are likely to have past experiences where other chimps have fought with them over food and that would make it less likely for them to help or ask for help from another chimp to get a single piece of food.

  • wow that is freakin awesome...how it learns so quick and actually comprehends stuff....

  • Dogs are smarter.

  • @JRock005 Pah! As if!

  • This is why I want to work with apes later ! They are so amazing animals !

  • So cute. <3

  • I'm a musician, not a scientist, but I've always known that had I not chosen music as a profession, I would love to work with these animals. The complicated personalities and characteristics in these animals that we dont see in many other species just fascinates me.

  • they are so clever!

  • By God, people are you blind?! Soon they'll work in teams to pull down cars and people! stop them while we can!

  • @1:14. wow. incredible!

  • poverine....

  • how cute that he hugs the guy as reward xD

and how he takes his hand aawww...

  • @Necrophil89 Just akward..... this sweet comment coming from someone named Necrophil89

  • @GWestNorthside huahua sorry,i couldn´t help it^^

  • @Necrophil89 i agree that is cool. but a chimpanzee is an animal and can attack and hurt you seriously without warning

  • @isufan89 :im aware of that, but nevertheless: the behavior in this vid here is cute and funny

  • @isufan89 Not without a reason... they are smart you know..

  • @isufan89

    And a human can't?

  • @isufan89 so can humans. You know for a fact that there are some that would do that. we are a part of the "animals" as well. The issue is that most of us do not realize that.Does the word "animal" mean a creature that can attack without warning?I mean ,because that is what you seem to be aiming at. As if we are the only thing capable of any good.

  • @Missmodified92 Humans are creatures that can attack without warning.

  • @FireStormBaller yes that was the point i was trying to make towards the other guy.

  • @Necrophil89 necrophiles got hearts too, aawww

  • Truly magnificent creatures. Our appalling mistreatment of them proves that we are not so far removed from our animal origins as we like to believe.

  • @r0g3r Its because of the plague that is called religion.

  • I'd poke its eyes out, and roll them down the street and then rip its lips off with a pair of pliers.

    watch?v=a3DeJjHAz8I&oref

  • @sandmoover their are good chimps and bad chimps, just like good hamans as bad humans

  • haha very smart and cute

  • @theend1245, they'll eventually rip your face off given the chance.

  • Wow, some people are dicks... we are all primates, can't we get along? And you wonder why some people would rather work with chimps than with other people...

  • That's amazing

  • chimps are fucking awesome for being kind and helping humans

  • @bscutajar ...What?

  • @PhyOSPhyOS chimps are fucking awesome because they helped the humans in the video

  • @bscutajar They didn't "help" anyone, they were forced to be tested and driven by instincts: All they wanted was food for themselves. Also, pretty much every animal on Earth has been tested one way or another, so they're all "fucking awesome".

  • @PhyOSPhyOS people like you have to come and suck the fun out of everything do you?

  • @bscutajar People like me have to come and give you a slap of reality, because apparently you live in some kind of fantasy world. But yeah, "munkeez r awsum d00d!!!1!!1!1!!"

  • @PhyOSPhyOS it was a fucking joke.

  • @bscutajar I doubt it, that wasn't funny.

  • @PhyOSPhyOS Goddamn you need to get yourself a sense of humour son

  • @PhyOSPhyOS

"they were forced to be tested and driven by instincts: All they wanted was food for themselves."

So the next time you let your friend drive to Burger King, you can tell him that you're actually in his car because you want food for yourself. That's the only reason.

  • @MegaSensimilla I was talking about chimpanzees, not humans. Notice the "slight" difference.

  • @PhyOSPhyOS

I was talking about chimpanzees too, simply used a human analogy.

  • @MegaSensimilla I know what you did. Again, I was talking about chimpanzees. You can't refer to their behaviour using a human analogy, because it's not valid.

  • @PhyOSPhyOS

"You can't refer to their behaviour using a human analogy, because it's not valid."

Ok. Sure. If you say so it must be true. Lol?

  • @MegaSensimilla "If you say so it must be true" is not an argument. If you have nothing else to contribute to this "discussion" you started, better stop replying instead of falling back on things like ad hominem.

  • @PhyOSPhyOS

"falling back on things like ad hominem."

Your father smells of elderberries and your mother is like, wrinkly and stuff.

How's that for ad hominem? You like?

  • @MegaSensimilla Yes, now I see how mature you are. Again, if you have nothing to say, don't say anything at all.

  • Okay I agree that it's great how the chimp cooperated with the human, but (yes I know it's not the point) arent chimps supposed to be super strong and 4 to 5 times stronger than humans are? Why couldn't he lift that stone by himself?

  • @fuducker2 It was too heavy for him

  • @ireallyloveericlyons

but not for a much weaker human?

  • @fuducker2 That was a very young chimp, perhaps equivalent to a 10yo human child development wise. A full grown male is around 5'6" with yes, you're right, 4 to 5 times the strength of a comparable human.

  • @fuducker2 obviously not. you saw the video

  • SO CUTE!!!

  • Well If your on the side of science then your on Hovinds side too, I learned from him when he came to my Church a while ago and i do research him on the internet too.

  • @ivanawsome94

That dude is an idiot, though, you cannot possibly take him seriously

  • @JDFatalist No I do take him seriously, If you listen and understand what he says you will find out that he is telling the truth.

    Check it out.

  • @ivanawsome94

He's been utterly destroyed in every way possible, I have checked him out and I suggest that you check out his opposition.

  • @JDFatalist Well you have a different point of view than me and i respect that but I am 100% on Hovinds side.

  • @ivanawsome94

Well I'm on the side of science ;) Curious, if u dont mind me asking, did u learn of Hovind through the internet, and how old r u?

  • Why do videos about apes always degrade into religious preaching/bashing?

  • look into their eyes, you will see we are more closely related than you think...:>)

  • Caesar is not a pet.

  • that's when ape rising begin!

  • @oskar91ron

"all great oppressors fear the people to rise"

  • Chimps are so smart!

  • lol clever bastards.

they know if they use a humans help he won't want a share in the hidden food =P

  • have they been able to train a chimp to help another chimp??

  • Apes are amazing.

  • Not believing in a faith has more consequences than believing in one.

  • Omfg! The chimp's like "bro help me out with this " *bro hug*

  • niggers are learning quick fair play......slaves

  • All that for a snack?!

  • Excellent video :))

  • It's good to see evolution in action

  • Chimp - Yooo, give me hand with this rock thing. It's balls heavy!

    Human - Aight

Chimp - Awww that's got it. Team effort, hug it out!

  • the hug was amazing

  • CAESAR IS HOME !

  • So Good :)

  • that was great the hug was soo cute

  • The victory hug was epic -"yo adrian! I did it!!!"

  • Noooooooooooo!

  • i thought chimps were super strong

  • @Ericbranson3 its a baby moron

  • @FIGHTFANNERD3 the chimp probably has more manners than you

  • @Ericbranson3 In proportion, they are.

  • @TheSlevinCalevra word. a lady at a sanctuary told me the adults could bench an estimated 850lbs!

  • woa cool

  • so smart and cute

  • OMFG!!!! THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOO CUTE WHEN THE MONKEY ASKED FOR HELP!!! MY HEART MELTED

  • Alians are doing this to us, we just don't know it

  • It was cute when they hugged :3

  • I like how the chimp hugged the trainer once he got his treat, so precious!

  • fuck people who kills chimpanzee for money (or food if they are ccrazy) !! Fuck Human

  • @MSAMX Yea, and by your comment it seems that you're not too fond of grammar either.

  • i dont even see em like animals any more

  • @QuickRefs

I think your kind of brainwashed from the bible, you know over the years 40 different authors made changes.Im not saying i dont believe in god because i do,just be more openminded.

  • the rise of the planet of the apes.

  • @dumbglasses saw that at the movies last night... its actually why im looking this stuff up.

  • @Morgethein If we evolved, why other animals didn't, even those, who, according to science, were here hundreds of millions of years before us? Birds? Mammals? Why bible is correct? It perfectly explains everything, unlike science, which deals with this theory that my grand-grand-grand...grandma was a fish. How stupid is that?

  • @QuickRefs Oh wow... Humans aren't the only species to have evolved. Have you ever heard of the dog before? Every species of dog is related to the wolf, even the little rat-sized ones.

  • @QuickRefs sorry to but in, but could you please give us an example of where the bible proves science wrong?

  • @QuickRefs Mate, you have major issues! I suggest you read to deepen your understanding of science. You need to step away from trying to prove science wrong as there are many facts that prove it right. Try prove religion wrong and you will be able to identify all of its nonsense. I suggest you watch Zeitgeist. you shouldn't believe in something that you have been forced to believe. Keep an opened mind!!

  • @QuickRefs Your still in the Medieval time... *sigh*

  • @QuickRefs Don't go around smearing your religion into people's faces. We all have a right to our own opinions, religions etc. But when people like you start saying that every other theory/religion but your own is wrong, then you my friend have a serious problem. Get off your high throne and open your eyes and see that there are thousands of religions and theories about how the human race started, and follow your belief. Just don't go around saying everybody else is wrong.

  • @ctoe95 I would more than happy agree with you if you bring up one religion, other than Christianity, that, in your oppinion, deserves to be legitimate. Don't forget to back it up: why do you think it's legitimate?

  • @QuickRefs A bigger question is, how is yours legitimate? Ask yourself this, how were Adam and Eve produced (who were the people who reproduced them)? Did they show up from another dimension or suddenly appear out of thin air? How was the human race created, according to the Bible?

  • @ctoe95 It's all there. God created Adam and Eve. Yes, they did just appear. Just like any of us, we don't exist, and after someone somwere has sex, we appear. In our time, it takes 2 people for that to happen, but when God created humans, there was no need for that.

Our universe is a product of intelligent design.

  • 10 people dropped their bananas

  • chimps suppose to be as strong as 3 adult men..

  • @nadoeloiskat Yeah at least 3, i heard 5 though. Its because they don't have as complex bone structures as us, so they basically trade extra movement and the precision grip that we have for muscle mass.

  • @wardy2294 Well, apparently these chimps are 3 times weaker than men.

  • thumbs up if u read the whole argument between the religious guy and everyone else

  • @demonssouls11 LoL yeah i read the whole thing, and the religious talk is still going on. QuickRefs (religious guy) is stupid. he doesnt make sence. but very funny though haha :D

  • @demonssouls11

The religious guy seems to have the edge though

  • That was amazing. Pwns the Christian "beliefs".

  • adorble chimps =]
