The only sad part about this video is that all of the judges and audience are so critical of this yogi because they fail to realize that he is simply happy and would like to spread the joy of his happiness. Chances are, 85% of the audience are likely depressed and miserable. The yogi was doing them a favor but failed to appreciate his efforts. He doesn't care because he knows he is happy regardless if they accept him or not.

I actually do occasionally whip myself up into a silly laughing frenzy, usually when I am waking up with my dogs or hanging out with a small child. They enjoy it and so do I. I actually think the yogi just isn't very good at what he does.

I also have laughing attacks when I go on extended meditation retreats and this is apparently very common as a release of pent up energy ( FWIW )
