Superfoods are good, but David Wolfe is really just a salesman with expensive products and programs that he wants you to think you NEED to live... really about half of what this guy says is useful, do research and find the people who do actual studies on this stuff... not a salesman like David Wolfe

Superfoods are good! But keep in mind David Wolfe is a smooth talking salesman with massive business interests, and overly expensive products which you can find elsewhere for much cheaper.

@spruntfemalespray Thanks, we do eat an abundance of oats, we eat them raw which seems to limit the spike in sugar levels you would get if cooked. Just add some purified water a little yogurt blue berries or goji berries and a dash of cinnamon. It's hhard to avoid Floride as they've been pumping it into the water supply since forever here. I have a little psoriasis as well and have noticed that avoiding wheat products and dairy seems to also really help reduce inflammation of the skin too!
