Snakes & Ladders was made by Yorkshire tv for Channel 4, Celia is in several episodes and all of them in this stunning outfit. Its been repeating on stuff like UKGold but as far as I am aware was never released on either VHS or dvd but is floating around on torrents if you look hard enough ;-)
It's a bit of an obscure one. All I can tell you is that it's episode 7 of 'Snakes and Ladders', aired on the 28th November 1989. It only ran for one series...!
