  • @rapecaek , the other way round you will find . England had 160 bop mi's

  • Badasss

  • The stock MI16 1,9cc has 160bhp. The 2.0cc has 155bhp cause of the catalyst

  • Why spend so much money when you can buy a proper car, not some froggie heap of shite !!.

  • a stock Mi16 has a power of 158 hp, so it is most possible this one to have 180, look at that shit! looks beastly!

  • Hi! Nice vid! What are the red plates for? I seen this on others too. Just to mount the aspirating pipes?

  • that was so cooooool

    not

  • And your right they are amazing!

  • You can fit it at the correct angle, and you normally gain a bit of power on the 160 bhp cause it'll only fit with a k&n and the 205 exhaust system is better than the 405

  • Regardless what people think these cars they are amazing, if you have not drove one you wouldnt know, forget the power side of things there are few cars even by todays standards that handle like a 205 with no power steering. in my day everyone wanted GTE's and XR3i's which in comparisson are shit and don't handle for toffe

  • It's difficult to properly align these carbs?

  • Nice setup, for sure... the 180 hp on the stock XU9J4, just by swapping the intake & VAF into carbs, is over the top.

Gain up to 8-10 hp with this setup, regulated mixture.

Changing the stock cams into racing specs, combined with these carbs, will offer you the result ;-)

  • Nice done, I love Weber carb! =)

  • Meh. Not impressed. A friend of a friend of mine has a car with over 1,000bhp.

    180? This is nothing!

  • @tannalv A car small as the Peugeot 205 with a 1.9 liter engine?

  • @tannalv srsly! you made me laugh hard =) 180hp is respectable in a 205GTI by my marks.

  • my polo g40 wud whoop ya

  • 180 ? doubt it? mi16 is 150bhp standard, twin weber 45's give another 10 to 15 bhp so its probably more like 159 at the wheels.

  • @jasoncooke1999

yeah it is 180 , you cant no what you are talking about due to the are actually 160 std

and they are 48s not 45s

  • @lardysninja know*

  • @lardysninja england had 150bhp, france had 160bhp.

  • @jasoncooke1999 Mi16 are 167 BHP standard at the fly wheel, I have one and it's standard, with twin 45's you can get another 30-35 bhp. my mate has one with 179 at the wheels on dellorto carbs.

  • @jasoncooke1999 Sorry I should mention there is 2 types of Mi16 one has the cast iron block one has the alloy block, later versions found in the 306 are 2.0 but have the cast block where as early ones like mine are 1905cc and are alloy block. the alloy block model is far better than the newer ones. also when you fit an mi16 in a 205 you lose about 10 BHP insatntly because the engine cannot sit at the correct angle.

  • @jasoncooke1999 depends whether engine is tuned aswell, with them set up properly itl give more then 15

  • That sounds awesome. :-)

  • hi i have just brought a 205gti with the mi16 engine running on twin 40s weber but is spitting n not idle until warmed up????

  • you may need a little more advance then,

  • @seanlovesvicky mi16 enginers are known for being lumpy untill warmed up, nothing 2 worry about mate unless it keeps cuttings out

  • how did u rev it by squeezing the engine???

  • pull the throttle linkage

  • calumchuda08 are you a retard, theres a throttel cable on the carb aha

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah i dream carbus weber in my 309 gti

  • schon mal was von Direkteinspritzung gehört,... kalter kaffe das Teil -_-

  • beautiful sound ;)

    5 *

  • fantastic

  • I have a Gentry and i SERIOUSLY what that kind of motor in it!

But, isnt it a bit of a unholy to do it with the 205´s today?

And is it mouch truble to put one in, insted the 1.9 motor?

  • beautiful throttle response....i love the sound

  • THEY'RE GONNA EAT ME!!!:)

  • Thanks, pure music.

  • I dont know an awful lot about TB's so forgive me but what do you use for Air filtration on TB's? Is there a filter behind the open ports or what? Surely you dont run the car with open intake ports like that on the road without some sort of air filter yes? thanks

  • You dont use air filters with ITBs, sure it's dangerous but this kind of tuning is usually done for the track only.

  • u can get filters for them tho

  • yes you mean those metal nets, those dont do much though, not like a normal air filter

  • well yer they let direct air flow into the engine. if theres shit in the air its goin in ur engine, pipercross ones look good on there

  • u can run the carbs without airfilter but it´s better for the engine if you have it. There are no filter inside the carb, u put it on the metalplate ju see in the carbs

  • how many hp is that?

  • 180

  • 180 i take it you have no head work at all done? You should expect 200+ with a cam etc!

  • @lardysninja ...Is that all? What does your boyfriend drive?

  • sounds so drool

  • what a sound...

  • does tat 205 hav power sterring coz mine does and im afraid the altornator will be in the way of the twin 45s

  • no i have no pas , what you will need is the pump fom the 405 above the gear box and the 405 pipe and move your pump to there and put a non pas bracket on to fit your alternator and a different belt

  • MORE!! =]

  • Nice... ;)
