People, just to clear a few things up:

-You can look up how to do this very easily in google. Se7ensins should have what you need so long as you look it up in google.

-You don't need the hex for this, you can just use Valve Editor which someone has made. You can find the link to it on se7ensins.

You will have to spend money to get this to work if you can't already connect a HDD or MU to your PC. Download Xplorer360 as well.

Hope this helps. Should be very straight foward now.

Oh, don't for get the Rehasher and Resigner if you want your modded Usersettings file to work again.

You'll need it so your Xbox 360 can read the file.

To do this, all you need is a computer, the proper programs, and something to connect to your memory card or harddrive. This would be a XSATA cable ot DATEL Transfer Kit.
