It's a XBA game. It was ment to be quick and fun. You can beat it in a couple of hours. I fucking love Watchmen and I had fun beating the fuck out of people. I mean, if this was a real 60 dollar game, I'd be pissed. But it's not. It's worth 10 dollars. And I was satisfied.

This game was awesome! It was brutal, fun and the fighting never got boring. The story wasn't great but the levels were great and the enemies were actually difficult.
Of course the graphics novel is better! That doesn't mean to say that you shouldn't buy this game, it still looks awesome. Why do IGN keep having a go at great games?

At first seeing it, I kinda shunned it since I was stuck on the whole "Happy Ending Spiderman" thing, but after reading the comics I thought it was one of the best superhero movies of all time and that it realistically depicted how heroes would be looked on in real life. In the whole video here, the IGN reviewer didn't even managed to land ONE combo. It would show the sequence of the combo if it did - didn't saw any of them. Only a "B" finisher.
So no wondering if they gave it a low score. Its like giving a book to an illiterate - they would throw it away.
Only bad things in this game are 1) it is pretty small - i finished it in 3 hours 2) it is pretty easy - i finished it without learning all the combos properly. Otherwise it's a great fun game. And it has a very nice lockpicking minigame also.

I love the simpleness of the game, i really enjoyed it. Sure the missions get repetitive, but i never once got bored with watching Rorschach take downs, those were hilariously satisfying. I even bought the Xbox 360 bundle earlier today. People may say its 5/10, i give it an 8/10, just one of those games where you bring a friend over and let your troubles away with the same awesome combos. Go ahead and hate me, i really like this game.

if you liked the movie (or read the book and liked the movie) then check this out. its repetative sure, but its a good stress reliever. and Rorschach's specials are fun to watch.
point and case if you liked the movie then the ps3 version of this has it included (box game) if you hated teh movie or treat the book like an act of god then look away.
for a beat em up its pretty good, especially when playing with a friend

im sorry, I know what you mean but, I've downloaded this game and the guy's right its REALLY repetitive and really short, they shuda gave it more originality, don't bother getting it (unless you already have) its a major waste of time and money, like the guy said, I'd rather buy the comic.

At first seeing it, I kinda shunned it since I was stuck on the whole "Happy Ending Spiderman" thing, but after reading the comics I thought it was one of the best superhero movies of all time and that it realistically depicted how heroes would be looked on in real life. Same goes for Kick-ass. Didn't see the movie or read the comics but I got the jist of it pretty much.

this game defeats the whole message and purpose of the Watchmen. they fucked up by making it a game unless they have more shit in here thats going to blow your mind. it seems to be a game generated to make more money. but the real message lies in the movie and comic. simply mind blowing if you really read into what they talk about.

Their "reviewers" are about as competent as Irate Gamer. Hell, Irate Gamer is Roger Ebert compared to these tools.

Yeah, IGN is so literate it gives 9.0 to every generic shooter if it was advertised enough but when it comes to a good beatemup it isnt intellegent enoguh and can't be compared to its original. Thats ridicilous.

In the whole video here, the IGN reviewer didn't even managed to land ONE combo. It would show the sequence of the combo if it did - didn't saw any of them. Only a "B" finisher.
So no wondering if they gave it a low score. Its like giving a book to an illiterate - they would throw it away.

Only bad things in this game are 1) it is pretty small - i finished it in 3 hours 2) it is pretty easy - i finished it without learning all the combos properly. Otherwise it's a great fun game. And it has a very nice lockpicking minigame also.

there were so many mixed opinions of the movie but it really was a fucking great movie. a lot of ppl had a bitch about it because they hadn't read the graphic novel so they were expecting some crazy action-packed style-over-substance superhero movie. it is SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT!!! but yea, it's DEFINITELY a must-see for u to form ur own opinion lol

I absolutely loved and cherished the graphic novel, and the movie. And the game looks incredible, just bought parts 1 & 2 from Amazon on Xbox 360.
I don't expect it to be perfect, but I expect it to be awesome.

I love the simpleness of the game, i really enjoyed it. Sure the missions get repetitive, but i never once got bored with watching Rorschach take downs, those were hilariously satisfying. I even bought the Xbox 360 bundle earlier today. People may say its 5/10, i give it an 8/10, just one of those games where you bring a friend over and let your troubles away with the same awesome combos. Go ahead and hate me, i really like this game.

if you liked the movie (or read the book and liked the movie) then check this out. its repetative sure, but its a good stress reliever. and Rorschach's specials are fun to watch.
point and case if you liked the movie then the ps3 version of this has it included (box game) if you hated teh movie or treat the book like an act of god then look away.
