@iliftnoodbrah Its called tricking, Mix of flips, twists and kicks. Most of the time I fail a trick and bailing a trick without hurting yourself is something you should learn before trying.

This isn't similar to Parkour, but they are similar when considering where they came from and how underground they are.

I thought myself all of this, you don't learn tricking any where in the world its self taught, you start by watching videos and Analise the technique and try it in your backyard on grass.
