right click on the sound, click piano roll. Put in all the snare hits to make a roll sound. For each snare hit, you will see a vertical line underneath it. That line is the volume for that individual snare hit. To make the snare roll go from quiet to loud, make the vertical lines start low and then go high. I recomend you watch all the FL Studio tutorials that are out on youtube. Those will help you, thats where I have learned pretty much everything about fl studio.
