If u chkout this post by zeachomedia titled, "Fake vs Real Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Headphones" it was posted in th month of April...the fake beats do show on this post that it does not have a recycling or fcc on there...they're blank...so maybe some come with them and some may not...ur posting is cool too...but u may want to also chk our the "tm" on the back of the box at the top in the reading..mayb these guys have gotten wiser but on the other post, it does not have it on the fake ones....

you missed alot...... on the real ones in the red cover on one side there is a little "qc" sticker which stands for "quality check" and the fake ones do not, also when you just open the box the package that has the beats in them, when you first buy the fake ones, the b is upside-down. ALSO when you take both beats and look above the speaker on the right ear the real ones have a bar code type thing and the fake ones dont.
