@miouth150 yes, the front teeth can definitely tip and move even if the back ones are not yet lost. However, the process really happens fast when the back teeth are lost. That's because of the biomechanical forces of the jaw muscles- the front teeth are just not built to withstand that much force. When the bone that houses them is weakened by periodontal disease, they're even less capable.
