somthing nice to do with it is build a ship and use these as cannons , pretty funny iff you have a ship with 36 cannons shooting arrows at the same time :). or use them to give gifts to your people in server, they step on pressure plate or button and items will drop out . you can even do it under water so the items will drift to the player . so many things really where you can use it for besides traps, greets

@THEGEMAKER You can use it to spawn chickens by launching eggs and have a chicken factory producing meat for food, feathers for arrows and if you have equivalent exchange mod, feathers can be turned to string to wool. Wih buildcraft you can automatically transport any chicken eggs into the dispenser, it fires eggs, makes chickens and force them with water stream into a grinder or something to get the feathers and meat.
