here's my point... it's not the fact that she's a chick. people have left punk shows bloody (male and female) for doing way less than throwing things at the singer. That was back when punk was truly punk though. You don't go to a punk show if you think you can throw things at the singer and not get hit. Anyone who throws shit at people onstage deserves what they get. But, these guys suck anyway, as does SXSW. It seems like there's always one or two people in the crowd fucking it up for everyone else at these events. Good thing it was Ben Weasel and not Vin Diesel! If Ben Weasel goes to jail for this, his new name may be Ben Dover!

SXSW is getting wayyyyy to big. too many people getting hurt. they need to back it down and go back the way it used to be. all drunk assholes(including me once or twice) get what they deserve when they throw shit or mouth off. if you do it, dont be suprised when you get your ass kicked.
