One of my favorite pieces, beautifully played on a wonderful sounding organ. I was surprised to see Radolfzell - I studied at the Goethe Institut there in 1970!

An der Traktur dürfte es (hoffentlich) nicht liegen.

@grossgedackt Ich habe mich undeutlich ausgedrückt. Ich habe über Kopfhörer den Eindruck, hier seien Register knapp daneben, quasi schwebend. Aber das kann auch eine Phasenverschiebung in der Aufnahme ansich sein. Das Obertonspektrum der Klangkronen kommt hier eh nicht durch.

Wonderful. I have never heard the rapid runs played more silkily by any "name" concert organist. But such inscrutability! A lifetime of self-discipline on display.
