yeah, the dudes at 2:41 where even better though! Although they only did one flip, their hand movements were exactly together, the opening, tuck, and not to mention the collision with the water! it made no splash WHAT SO EVER, on the contrary, the water was sucked in!

how comw when the divers do inwards off of platform they dont do arm circles??? When i inwards of of 5 my coach makes me do them

Hi divinggal24 - Your coach should not have you do arm circles or "TYO" on the platform. The reason you do this on the springboard is because doing a proper arm circle loads the springboard with energy which in turn springs you way up in the air. Obviously you cannot load the platform in the same way.

(cont.) By starting inwards with your arms over your head you are ready to simply throw somersault and get lots of rotation. The spring you get will only come from your legs and toe push. There for doing an arm circle is not necessary at all. In fact it could make it more difficult to keep good balance.(hope this helps)
