it use to be that if you wanted to own a band name you would have to go out and play your ass off and get a small record deal and get your album on the shelf before anyone would care. @loayzc10 As far as punk goes "Choking Hazard" is predictable. If you want people to think you have something worth hearing, I advise you to go with something more original. Besides, "Choking Hazard" already exists as a record label.

If it were me, I'd keep the Hazard, drop the Choking and possibly add in another word. But, as I've said before I do like the name, but as someone who books punk bands, if the name isn't unique, chances are the sound isn't either. Just trying to help you out mate
