  • Aw bless she is so cute :) Great trick ;)

  • I've got to say, you have great tutorials. Well done.

  • 1:55 PERFECTION!

  • i taught my dog Cody this trick but when i lure his head under my arm he drops the position to get the treat. What should i do?

  • CUTE!

  • great vid! ive taught my dog this trick from using your video, he knows the word and will do it on command but i cant get him to hold the position, he puts his head under then straight back up, any tips on how to get him to do it for longer? thanks :)

  • so cute! i love it !! =P

  • thats soo cool :)

  • Is it Thundershirt, what is Maple wearing in 0:46 ? I really love your videos and tutorials, they are so clever :D And Maple´s tongue still off the mouth, lol!

  • I taught my dog this, but I call it "hide" because it kind of looks like their hiding under the table.

  • Haha thanks so much that is so cool, tHXS

  • awwww hahaha

  • I'm going to start teaching Leo this trick, this is an awesome tutorial. Thanks so much! :)

  • this is such a great tutorial, thanks you soo much hehe i taught my Kora how to say her prayers by the same steps..check it out, and she can also stand in a food bowl :) can't wait for your next dog trick tutorial,.. how about doing one on HOW TO LIMP.that would be awsome :)

  • @niqi4eva hey, kikopup has a tutorial on how to train limp :-)

  • I can't believe how easy this trick is. My dog picked up on it in one training session. We're not at the prop yet, but it's definitely getting there! Thanks for the new trick idea!

  • ive finally figured out what iam going to call this trick! since i already use the word "pray" for another behavior, iam going to use the word "hide". i think will be a cute trick for kali to know when my nephew gets older and she can play hide and seek with him,lol :)

  • This is such a cute trick. I get mine to do this trick against my legs when i am sitting down (cause if find it more comfortable and there is no way i could take the weight of my lab on my arm...lol!). First i ask them for both paws on my legs, then lure the head under the legs like you do under your arm and shape this. If the dog is larger then i just use a higher chair.

  • That was awesome!!! Is Mabel's tongue sticking out! That is too cute! Love seeing your other dogs hanging out in the back!

  • @kikopup haha, yes, her tongue is always poking out! she keeps it stuck out for so long it goes dry! it took me a little while to train Vinnie to stay back but he does it so well now, I can work with the other dog the other side of the room, to say that he was pretty food aggressive with the other dogs when he arrived I'm very pleased with him :-)

  • my dog is an atheist, nice trick progression anyway. How dya manage to keep to other dogs out of the trainng situation?

  • @finnbjerke haha Finn, you always make me laugh!! ahh, I have been meaning to write to you in forever!! I hope that you and Alice are well?? oh I think I might be making a video on keeping the others back while I train just one as I have had a couple of requests for a video on it :-)

  • @finnbjerke you can call yours 'peek a boo'

  • nice execice!! only the head of the dog is going so low i like it more when you can not see the eyes.. but that is for everybody diffent... i like your videos!! they are so clear!! greatings from holland!

  • Another excellent tutorial! It's so cute how far under your arm or the table that Mabel and Holly put their heads! I also thought it was amazing how Vinnie and Holly or Mabel just hung out on the couch in the background, waiting their turn!

  • Aww they look so cut e saying their prayers, gosh they're clever girls, as are you for doing such a great job as always! And it was lovely seeing little Vinnie's head watching eagerly in the background at one point! Maybe your neighbour's dog needs to feature as well!! Well done Sian, you're a star! xxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Thanks for the video! x

  • Brilliant Sian!!! Hopefully will have a video of this up soon! (Im new to youtube and only have on video up..its laundry trick, please check it out!!)

    Thanks again for the tutorial!

  • Well done! Its really fine to look at. I thinks everybody knows now how to teach!

  • omg this is what i want to teach my dog milo!! great video! am gonna teach milo this trick

  • Great tutorial, Sian! So happy to see Vinnie, too. :-)

  • Fantastic video! Mabel and Holly are just so cute and clever, great tutorial! =D.

  • Excellent Sian, just love your dogs x

  • wow. Great video Sian. You are such a great trainer.I can't believe you have such calm dogs... :-D

  • I have one question, What if your dog is not a Christian? How do you train them to use a prayer mat if it's a Muslim? Or Anyother religion? :D Love from Scotland 5*/Thumbs Up :D

  • @ukp42

i guess you would improvise other tricks to teach them how to get into position. iam not sure who they are praying to, but my cats have invented their method of praying. which iam teaching my pup because its so cute! i have videos of my cats praying on youtube:)

  • another awesome video keep up the great work i love your videos =)

  • Your dogs are so cute!

  • awesome the dogs better say their prayers or theyll go to doggy hell

  • Good, they are soooo cute saying their prayers! Loved it! Excellent job! I'm gonna try that with my 3yr old golden retriever. I'll let you know when he learns ir! Keep up with the videos, I'm your newest fan! ;)

  • Your dogs are soo adorable! I love Holly saying her prayers at 2:12... so so cute! Great tutorial!

  • Sian, I love your pups! They are so smart! I love how calm Vinnie is in the background in some of the clips. I also love that you used the prop as well! That prop is the perfect size for your pups!

  • @pamelamarxsen thank you for pointing out Vinnie!! because I think it took me longer to train him to stay back on the sofa when the other two are training than this trick took! haha! but he does it so nicely now, bless. I loved your vid on this Pam :-)

  • @zsianz1 Will you be doing a tutorial on how to keep another dog relaxing nicely in the background? Your pups do this so well, Mabel is even conked out on the couch!

  • @tehrenberg if people want to see it then I'll make it :-) I guess it could be something that people would find helpful. thanks for the idea :-)

  • Thanks a million , Zian!

Would it be possible to teach them without any support?

Maybe just have them sit and rest their paws on their muzles?

Just one paw on their muzzle could be called "shame!"

  • great!

  • Oh and I posted a video response even tho we didn't learn it from your video, we basically used the same method :) He learned this super fast, I was impressed!

  • I love this trick! Jackson learned this a little bit ago and I just think it's adorable!!

  • Just think all dogs look so adorable doing this trick! Well done Sian!! *****
