I know it is a small operation and I think it has just outgrown what he can handle, if he can not fulfill his obligations to the company then he needs to scale back or make it a weekends thing like "All orders ship saturday" like one or two days a week dedicated JUST his business. the slow shipping (and I am talking about him actually shipping it, not the transit) is the biggest reason I have not ordered from him again. I want to though just not till I start hearing about improvements.

Thanks for posting this update Prime, although I really think its Walters resposibility to explain the situation to his customers either on his web site or via a e-mail.

This has been a PR disaster for WH, there are no excuses for bad customer service IMO and he needs to double his efforts if he wants to retain customers.

Thats gundam tradition by now, everything else was different, especially the story.
