    depends on who "you guys" is. I am 285 lbs and I can handle alot of weight. Most Bodybuilding Pros are big, but not all are heavyweights. some are 180 lbs and some less

  • @IMoney40 dude no offense but he knows what hes doing, hes a pro, you think bodybuilders have to be extermely strong to get huge, but the real trick is a medium-hard weight in the 10-12 reps range, this will tear the muscle fibers and this causes them to repair and grow back larger, that is the focal point of body building. again, no disrespect, im just educating you. just because you can lift alot, does not meant you are strong.

  • honestly, i'm not a fan of jays training at all. He's got amazing genetics and is definetly one of if not the best "bodybuilder" today. But in my opinion his training is gay as fuck. Smith machines and all sorts of other machines, doesn't really seem to train that hard or intensely and doesn't seem to move that much weight considering how big he is. Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman thats hardcore training. And yeah Metroflex is a real gym, not a gay healthclub full of a bunch of pussies

I know lots of bodybuilders who train with very moderate weights, much lighter than they used to use, and they are way bigger now. It's about quality, and making the muscle do the work. Most of the strongest guys I know have shitty physiques. Not everybody i like Ronnie.

  • @csczdust CS, you cant train in a gym and be a professional bodybuilder without a hypeman. A hypeman is someone who follows you around and spots you but also tells you how beautiful and huge you are. Check out Will Harris training, he has the best hypeman in the business.

  • any pre-workout by muscletech is what i like the best and works for me. either nanovapor or nanox9. i liked both. it makes you feel like a monster in the gym and gives you that extra jolt when you wanna get that last rep up.

  • Yea dude ur right about caffeine bein a vaso constrictor lol. But,,, in preworkout supps such as N.O. Xplode the arginine/nitric oxide overpowers the the constricting effects of caffeine and yet u still feel that jolt or awareness of caffeine... So dont worry about it. Just worry about taking more than like 3 scoops lol. You will have a heart attack haha.
