Quick question: How have your turf tires held up in the snow? Slipping/slidding? I just bought a new GC2400 with the 2340 plow and wondering how she'll do.

Turf tires are working well for me. They do slip and slide at times, but overall I am pleased with their performance. I have not been stuck yet and I have even pulled a few vehicles out of the snow. When I first bough the tractor I was considering buying chains, but after a couple years of using this setup I don't think they are necessary.

my old man has the same rig with the front end loader on it. pretty damn strong machine for it's size. with the back tires loaded with calcium, a 396 chevy block put on the 3 point as weight, the loader lifted the big block into my f350 NO PROBLEM!

Its a great tractor and a real work horse. Check out the 2008's because they have some key improvements!
