[How To] Jailbreak 3.1 / 3.1.1 on iPhone 1G / 3G and iPod Touch 1G - Mac

when i open pwnagetool it says "you don't appear to have Itunes 7.7 or later version. You need to upgrade itunes to be able to restore custom firmware bundles" when i have itunes 10.1.2

any suggestions or help please!!!??!?

i have the iphone first gen and it is impossible to find the right firmware bundle because there is like 30 of them... any pointers???

Same thing happen to me, battery drains in 45 min. and try to charge in about 4 o 5 hours, and also my iphone get so hot.

hey. good video. i did the jailbreak on my iphone 3g (never been unlocked or jailbroken, and i use an at&t sim card), but now i cant make phone calls. it installed cydia and icy and i can get on wifi, but i cant make any phone calls. have any ideas for me on how i can fix it? thanks man!

I have no idea but all I know is that the iPhone Dev-Team is working on a Redsn0w version for Windows and Mac but they haven't said when they will release it. I will have a video out as soon as it comes out :-)

no unfortunately you can't. The iPhone Dev-Team has not released an update for Redsn0w neither for Windows or Mac but they are currently working on it. I will have a tutorial out as soon as it is out.

A this current moment there is no jailbreak for anything other than Mac OS X operating system but they are working on a windows and Mac version od Redsn0w that will be for 3.1 / 3.1.1. I will have a video out whenever the next part of the jailbreak comes out. You should be notified as you are a subscriber :-)
