Omega weapon always has level 100 regardless of what your level is.

incorrect omega has lvl like your chars

lvl 8 is the min. = 100.000 HP rounded

Definetly not, believe me, try to scan him at level 7 if you want.He has level 100.You probably mean ultima weapon.
