i was in the army a ways back, and you're right. they take part in it good-naturedly - most of the time - but each branch has their purpose and each branch is great in their own right. i really never understood why they didn't make the marines their own branch of the military instead of keeping them under the navy. makes no sense really. of course most civilians don't know that the marines are part of the navy lol. regardless, all hail to all allied military. you're all great!!
