@chebert66 I used to with my old 60gb PS3 and i had the same problem with Oblivion, but worse. Playing Oblivion on my PS3 slim has never given me any problems with freezing, not even once so i assume that the same will be for my Fallout 3. (haven't started it over yet) what version of the PS3 do you have?

meh, I gave Fallout 3 a try, but I really don't like it, due to the completely fucked up and random storyline. Sure, I love the awesome action, but if I don't understand the story within 2 hours, its a complete waste of time. If this game was co-op, My opinion would be different. But since the game is single player and is supposed to be about a story, thats what I expect out of it. not some randomness that doesn't make sence.

I definitely would choose Fallout 3 over Resistance 2. Its story is short in terms of going through it only but since you can do so many other things that really doesn't matter. Learn about the world, the quest and people you meet, plus 5 downloadable patches that can keep you going for another 60+ hours or more.

@MoeTuesday13 thanks for recomending fall out 3 for me it was good, but i do see how the story was lacking, it was realy short especialy if you dont do side missions, i wish there would of been some cut sceenes making the story in depth well im about to star the dlc packs im glad that they did change the good ending and you dont die, you just get knoked out, what i realy like is the gameplay it is so addicting leveling up and fixing guns, making guns, it is realy awsome game

I would have to say Oblivion because of the world it was set it and just the overall feel i got when playing it. Fallout 3 is a great game but it just didn't capture me like Oblivion did.

Imagine if the people who made oblivion and fallout made a zombie sandbox style game. You'd be walking through a city, seeing stragglers of groups surviving in small groups helping you along the way. Then as you start wandering around you turn to see 5 zombies following you and bash them with your *insert melee weapon here*.

Always good to see another of your reviews. Fallout 3 was a great game. I played it for about two months straight when I first got it, but never finished it because another game came out and I started playing that. I only have the last mission of the main quest, I think three of the side quests, and then whatever else I want to do.

A GOTY edition was already announced for all three major platforms, so you should wait a while and get that, since it will include all 5 expansions (DLC).
