@AlvisLiquid You're so right about that. I went to guitar center to try this bad boy out. And I can honestly say I was blown away. I'm having trouble deciding between this and a JVM though.
@gearslut69 pretty much. dont get me wrong, the jvm's a great amp. but in my honest opinion, the mark v just blows it out of the water. JVM's clean is great, but the mark v's clean is chimey, full-bodied, lush goodness that the jvm just doesnt do. same with the reverb. and i'd take the V's channel 3 over the JVM's OD channels any day. the boogie's tone is tight, but full sounding, and smooth, yet really pissed off sounding. the jvm sounds overly scooped on OD2 no matter how you set the mid knob,
@rocknroll9225 Now that you mention it, it seems your right. I tried the JVM and its cleans just weren't to my liking. I like the mark v cleans a lot better because of that "chime" you mentioned. The only reason I was leaning towards a JVM was cause a friend of mine who owns one showed me all the tones he was getting that the Big 4 (Metallica,Megadeth,Anthrax, Slayer) get on their albums. Do you know if the mark v can get those tones? I really like Megadeth's Rust in Peace tone and Anthrax.
@gearslut69 and not scooped enough on OD1. it gets pretty flubby compared to the mark, too, and not as in your face sounding. YMMV, but i personally like the mark v a lot better.
sounds amazing, especially the palm mutes.

@gearslut69 i own both the mark v and the jvm410h. do yourself a favor and get the mark v.

@rocknroll9225 What makes you say that? Is it because the mark v is just overall better in its clean and gain channels?
