  • Great! Searching for his duet with Nohelani: "A Song of Love". If you have it, please post. Aloha!

  • I saw Danny Couch almost a month ago at Chai's Bistro at the Aloha Tower on the island of Oahu. He went around the restaurant and greeted everyone whether you were there to see his show or not. I took my husband and my son. I have been to the islands 8 times. This man is real. He is not fake. He was very genuine and nice to everyone. I hope he returns to a show room in Waikiki with a big show again. He deserves one. He is fantastic . He was taught by the greatest, Mr. Don Ho. Aloha.

  • "Have you felt it's spirit, ancient Gods, their mana still is here".......from the heart and soul. How many feel the real power of these islands? Take a moment to stop and FEEL the aina that you walk upon. Malama aina.

  • Why isn't this song on iTunes? I'm seriously about to kick my computer

  • I think it is time for you to get off your crack pipe and get a life!!! It's not my fault you posted something crappy compared to what others have posted. be mad at yourself and not at someone who had the guts to tell you the truth!!

  • What a great voice!

  • I love this song so much!

  • One of those experiences I wish to experience with my wife and children before it is too late is to hear Danny Couch sing live . He has been performing on Oahu. We have visited Maui and Kaua..

Frankly, I think he has an excellent voice, with great range, great tone, and great style.

Danny and Keali'i Reichel are still around, two Hawaiian performers I most wish to see and hear live.

I also enjoy the way Danny performs the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" in both English and Hawaiian

  • @WilliamHW I hit the vote down button by accident, I was just trying to scroll down. It wouldn't let me undo it! I'm sorry...

  • I am a classically trained Bass Barritone, who has sung classial, Jazz, Popular music locally. When I hear singers, past and present, like Danny Couch, Keali'i Reichel, Placido Domingo, Mario Lanza, Paul Robeson, Lea Salonga, John Tomlinson, Thomas Allen, Dietrick Fischer Dieskau, Luciano Pavarottie, Kathleen Battle, Ella Fitgerald, Mel Torme, Nat "King" Cole, Sarah Vaughn, Brudda' Iz Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, and others, I am inspired to sing even more.

I admire them and their voices so much!

  • Woww! This song is making me cry. :'( My aunts danced hula to this song at my grandpa's funeral. He loved this song.

  • MAHALO - my dear friend!

IKE - Die Welt ist wofür du sie hältst.

KALA - Es gibt keine Grenzen.

MAKIA - Energie folgt der Aufmerksamkeit.

MANAWA - Jetzt ist der Augenblick der Macht.

MANA - Alle Macht kommt von innen.

PONO - Wirksamkeit ist das Maß der Wahrheit.

ALOHA - Lieben heißt, glücklichsein mit allem was ist.

    Miss this island so much!

    Thank you ((-:

  • I don't know him but I like this song and I miss home

  • I can't stand Danny Couch. He's so cocky and thinks he's much more famous than he really is...

I will admit that he has a nice voice but I really don't like him as a person.

  • @heymissyk No need to be saying stuff like that. Lets keep it nice and positive. Look on the bright-side. Danny, is human, with short-comings like anyone else.

  • makes me miss home everytime..

  • this is why i love my home.

  • I love this song! It was the theme song for Hawaiian vacations in Alaska!

  • While this is a beautiful and incredible song, your video was boring in the fact that it wasnt even a video but the song playing while looking at the album cover. Look at a couple of the other videos of the same song and recording and see how they have incorporated pictures into a video montage to coincide with the lyrics in the song. Looking at those pictures while Danny is singing really brings the song home and to life!!

  • @cruiseguyhawaii What are you, Hawaii's chosen "Critic".

  • I love this song now I can think of Hawaii even when I'm not there.

  • love this song thank you for post this realy thank you

  • i have to sing and dance this hula for my proforming

  • wow! it's nice to know that the hula is going strong!
