If you type Ctrl+Shift+c and a cheat bar will appear... type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and then bring the social bunny by getting your sims social down then hold shift and click on the Social Bunny and then you choose *MAKE SELECTABLE and he is yours! Please tell me if this works or not it should though.

They used cheats to create a sim with the bunny costume with green skin, then they couldve made the sim pregnant with itself to ensure the green skin was passed on, but judging from the cinematic that was played, think they used the same cheat, boolprop, to just make it alien pregnant.

That bunny is called the Social Bunny. He appears when nobody at your household is having a good time. How they got him to move in to their house, I have no idea.
