  • That’s what I call civil discourse.

Did you ever see a democrat talking on FoxNews without interruptions?

    Gives me hope

  • @duaneburnett because he's voted against this lunacy his entire time in Congress. Only voting for Afghanistan insisting on an exit plan. Because he understood the Soviets were bankrupted there. Big government took over and he's stood alone.

  • If Ron Paul is pulling a Bush in his campaign by telling you what you want to hear and not what he will do, he would be a bigger hypocrite than Bush ever was, and he is absolutely criminal. So let's just deflect this thought process, his record disagrees with those who thinks he's lying, and you would only know if you voted for him. Don't be scared if you like more of the same, just vote for him and see what happens. What could be worse?

  • I would like RON PAUL WITH A SIDE OF FREEDOM AND CONSTITUTION!! THANK YOU!!

  • Ron Paul 2012 please

  • When you are the only one in a sea of crooks its a little hard to get heard buddy....

  • Ron Paul has been in D.C. since 1978. Why is the failure not his?

  • tea party is a joke ..don't tax the rich but go ahead and tax the retired in Michigan...and i never heard anyone from the tea party bitch about that.... so they are fakes made by the rich..

  • @Obamaluke She's a proud lesbian woman, if that's what you mean. Don't be so disrespectful.

  • I honestly think the phrase "VOTE RON PAUL" is automatically flagged as spam by Youtube because it appears so frequently on comment boards throughout the website.

  • @xxYetterxx

definitely true, sometimes youtube wont even let me post at all

  • I think it's stupid that we have side with any party or label ourselves Libertarians or Conservatives. The whole labeling is counterproductive. I'm registered as a Democrat, so I would automatically be considered a Libertarian by association. However that is an inaccurate assessment as I agree with many so-called Conservatives on issues that affect our country. I especially agree with Ron Paul and will probably vote for him in the upcoming election but in order to do so, I must change parties.

  • @marvenp Democrats and Libertarian are not the same thing by any means. Ron Paul is a Libertarian. You are a Liberal, not a Libertarian there is a difference

  • @xxYetterxx You have no idea what I am so don't make any assumptions. I am all three and neither. I registered (for the first time in my life this past election) as a Democrat to vote for Obama early in the race but as the election drew nearer I found myself aligning with the views of Dr. Ron Paul. In the end I voted for no one because of this stupid system that says I have to be labeled as this or that and vote for a person within that label even if I found their views to be wrong.

  • @xxYetterxx Which was my point was my original point. To be forced to join a party and only having the choice to vote for a person within that party defeats the entire election process.

  • @marvenp I completely agree. I do not like parties/labels because of the diminishing respect and view of the individual. I have been a lil stuck on this issue - calling myself a libertarian - mainly because our language has been trashed & stolen. I say I have libertarian values with the definition from Murray N. Rothbard - For a New Liberty. Free online @

  • @05121784 Although he jokes about it, there's a lot of truth in what Chris Rock said about the issue. (Paraphrased) "Any normal human being is both Liberal and Conservative, to radically call yourself one or the other makes you an idiot": youtube.com/watch?v=UIA4__0DIXE

  • GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH

  • CELEBRITY BLACKOUT !!!

DAMMIT BLACKOUT ALL CELEBS WHO DONT GOT BALLS TO USE THEIR CELEBRITY STATUS TO SUPPORT RON PAUL OR LET THEM SAY WHY THEY DONT SUPPORT HIM AT THE LEAST SO WE KNOW ;)

DONT WATCH THEIR STUFF EVEN IF ITS FOR FREE

THEY MADE ENUFF BUCKS OFF US THOSE STINKIN CELEBS AND NOW THEYRE SILENT?

END THE FED OR FEED THE END :(

READ THE CONSTITUTION AND STOP WASTING RONS TIME WITH MORE QUESTIONS

    MAKE SENSE?

♥ RON PAUL ♥ RON PAUL ♥ RON PAUL ♥ HE WINS HEARTS NOT JUST VOTES

  • ron paul--- is a shocking politician----

  • Even liberals respect Ron Paul. People from all sides respect him because he isn't pushing special interests, he is speaking the truth.

  • haha people who think ron paul is electable are so funny!

  • P.S. Who exactly do you people think "government" is? I hate to break it to you but government=people. So what's soooo scary about People (you know, that thing you keep calling government) doing what they do without having to ask someone else?

  • @outthereonalimb Rhino Republicans call Corporations = People as well.. The Government is people with sovereign rights. Us normal people have to live within the laws. Government does not. People do not want other "People" trying to regulate our life and money and liberty.

  • I love Ron Paul. I'd like some honest evidence to back up the diatribe, YouTube naysayers. Like, something concrete, say historical facts. Something that makes sense.

  • offer me a detailed plan or list on how you're gonna cut the deficit we have now, Paul. otherwise i wouldn't believe you.

  • FEDERAL GOVERNMENT= TERRORISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am ultra liberal and honestly if we had more ron pauls and less sarah palins in the republican party, i would vote republican once in a while

  • Ron Paul founded The Tea Party in 2007. Sarah Palin just jumped on the band wagon because it was popular. Most Ron Paul supporters hate her.

  • How the fuck can the RepubliTARDS get behind John Effin McCain and not Ron Paul?

Oh wait I answered my own question, they're fucking IDIOTS aka NEOCONS. There are few conservatives left.

  • Republicans need to support Ron Paul more. If they did, we would all take you more seriously.

He is intelligent, honest, and brave.

  • Let them eat themselves.

  • $ent $upport to Dr. Paul.

    -Doomed Californian

  • Republicans take over is hogwash, vote all incumbents out. Dems and Reps need to take dirt naps.

  • I might not agree with Ron Paul but he has a lot of guts being on Rachel Maddow's show. He is a lot more mature than a lot of politicians.

  • I don't agree with Ron's policies at all, but he's done one thing that many Republicans failed to do, and that's to remain CONSISTENT about what he believes in year after year. That's something to certainly be respected.

  • Yeah, and i totally respect hitler for hating jews the ENTIRE time!

  • I don't agree with Paul's economic philosophy.... but you have to admit, he's honest about what he wants and doesn't flip flop at all.

I'm with him on ending the war overseas, ending the war on drugs, allowing gay marriage, legalizing prostitution, etc. But I cannot follow his anti-social economic ideas... fore example, ending public education would be disastrous, and I find it shocking that he wants something so frightening.

  • Our children are coming out of schools run by the gov't unable to read, write, or to math.

Private schools make students perform or they stay in that class until they do.

His idea about ending the Federal Reserve is what gets him ignored by the republican party.

The real reason Iraq, Iran, and North Korea were called the "axis if evil" by Bush is their banking system. They don't compound interest. You actually pay the percentage quoted on the note. Rich Jews HATE THAT and want to end it.

  • Home Schooling may have "potential", but in practice, it's mostly Young Earth Creationist parents who want to "shield" their children correct science, history, and critical thinking skills. For home schooling to work, much stricter regulations, requirements & testing would have to be implemented.

I don't want to remove the right to home school, but I see the problems and I highly recommend against it.

Not to mention the important social interaction public schooling gives children.

  • his unwillingness to denounce what his party is becoming makes me mistrust him. i like him as a libertarian, but NOT as a republican who is willing to tow the line these days.

  • Despite Ron Paul being a Laissez-Faire Capitalist Republican, I have a lot of respect for him.

  • See, if ron paul was representative of his entire party, I wouldn't be able to hate them so much.

It would be simply a philosophical difference, that we could get past, because we'd have a civil tone about things.

But instead the difference has to be about level of intelligence, and level of maturity.

  • @IAMtheNewWorldOrder I used to think like that, then I started dealing with his followers, have you?

Cultist/conspiracy theorists as stupid and immature as the worst mainstream Republicans

  • @CarlosMonteiro1985

You know what? YES. Recently I have. I have realized Ron Paul is just a blind ideologue. It's very simple. Government is always wrong, and the free market is always right. He is a broken clock that is right twice a day.

His followers are indeed a cult. As long as he keeps mentioning his isolationist foreign policy, and his opposition to the drug war and the patriot act, they will forgive him when he says scary things like "Eliminating minimum wage will help the poor."

  • @IAMtheNewWorldOrder Glad to see more people are seeing through the Ron Paul smoke screen, liked that broken clock analogy lol. Cheers.

  • @CarlosMonteiro1985

Yeah me too. Although there still aren't nearly enough of us. Unfortunately people who truly pay attention to politics and use common sense to come to their conclusions are a small minority in this country. Most people are morons who will go with whoever has the simplest message.

And RP's is VERY simple: "Get government out of our lives."

Yeah, and no one realizes that once government is out, the private sector will be in. Fleecing us, forcing us to work for low wages...

  • @IAMtheNewWorldOrder Haha You think your more intelligent than than other people simply because of their political beliefs?

  • Ron Paul should be the one leading the republicans. He would whip Obama into fully doing his job by being a threat to his next election. go Ron Paul.

  • Why is it that Ron Paul is the only Republican that shows up on liberal talk shows? Are other Republicans invited but always turn them down?

  • @Trollmaster21 Yes. Rachel, especially, has trouble getting anyone but liberals to come on her show. Why should Repubs, especially, appear here when they can go on Fox and get a tongue bath.

  • it's because he want's to reach out and get Democrats and Independents to support his side. much of the rest of the GOP only care about what the base thinks, so if they appear on a liberal show reaching out then they will be cannibalized by their party. Ron Paul has place himself in a spot where he can be a republican, but at the same time not look an idiot like the rest. thus he go on liberal talk shows and have a civil discussion without being made fun of afterwords.
