Katy. It sounds like you are doing really well. I know exactly what you mean about snacking. How about, at the weekends. making a "snack box"? After breakfast, put in the amount you would ideally like to snack on for that day, IF you get hungry. Put the box somewhere easy to get to. Having a portion rather than a whole packet or tub in front of you might do the trick.
I do exactly what you do with chocolate. I buy a big bar of lovely swiss chocolate and eat one square as a treat after dinner.
Hiya Katy, thanks for the video. Im not one to comment on nutrition lol , but maybe its because your so strict in the week...if you broke it up a bit you wouldn't feel the need to do that at the weekend. Also you really shouldn't feel bad about it , LOA is prob making it happen in that sequence because of your thoughts about it.
Again im really not one to talk about nutrition lol, just wanted to leave a comment ...also interested about how you start training for your running .
@allforu85 Hi Chenelle, I started running by trying to do 1 mile on the treadmill, I realised by going slower (about 9.2km/hr) I could go the distance. I then moved to running outside and built up my distance and speed. So I stuck to a 3km route until I had cracked that, then I moved onto a 5km route, and now I am doing a 7km route. My speed is 10-11km. I still use the treadmill where I now practise fast running 13km/hr. Maybe you should sign up for a race for life, that's what got me started?
Ooooh-you have my bracelet on!!!!!!!! So happy you are making videos...popped it on my Fitness Challenge page!!!!!!! xxx
