this video was at about 7 years in, but the reality is, i didn't really know much technically in the first 3.5-4 years. I have challenges practicing too much per week because I have repetitive stress injuries in my arms from 25 years of piano and lots of typing. as of spring 2009 i'll have been practicing 9 years. if you liked this video i recommend you look at the more recent ones. they are far better in a better space - there was a low ceiling here so not a lot of extensions. blessings. :)

thanks. I don't really focus on "crazy tricks" if by that you mean moves that are so geeky the avg. audience can't really appreciate them. My focus is on performing and feeling and looking good doing it. This video was fun; overall, not really that representative of my skills - small space. this practice session focused on sychronization while working with the music, so it was specifically intended to focus on same time Hip reel turnarounds as a practice. And thanks for the feedback. :)
