@ThisisMackTv janet's perspective is limited at best & exaggerated. scientific facts based on the toxicology report:  mj was a healthy 50 yr old. his liver and heart showed no long term drug abuse or additction. his other sister, latoya said in 93 that mj was a pedophile, do you believe her too? yes, he sought treatment in 93 for dependency, which is different from addiction. mj endured chronic pain & had medical conditions and used meds, like most people do that doesn't make him an addict.

I think he did murder Michael. He didn't want to deal with him anymore, didn't want to convince Michael maybe he was possibly a little too old and frail to do a full impact show for 3 hours, touring 50 cities without huge amounts of pain killers. Felt he was a freak, and laughstock, in debt, and that he was "doing him a favor". Why else would he record him on his i-phone? Mementos. Why leave the room if he was doing something so risky? At least call 911, He got found out for negligence anyway.

Murray did not kill the spoiled "superstar" jackson. Jackson did that on his own. If anyone says; "I want justice for his death" greatly deceives himself or herself because jackson killed himself. Miurray was dr and drug dealer and as for being money hungry isn't looking at any other drug dealer or star, for they are the same. Murray should have stopped but jackson being spoiled and used to getting what he wanted, so he got just that. No justice was done by finding this man guilty.

All of what you said makes sense. Dr. Conrad Murray is not an anesthesiologist. Michael Jackson was not stupid enough to purchase from the Black Market of the Streets but smart enough to seek a blood thirsty Dr. Murray to support his bad habit. As a doctor, you promise under oath to save lives, not take them. Michael Jackson should not have died at the hands of a physician. Assisted suicide. He knew he was abusing the drugs... he should not have continued prescribing and administering it.

I just wanted to comment about addiction. Over and over you say michael had an addiction and because he paid Murray there for is also to blame for his death. Michael would never have been addictied to these meds if it wasnt for doctors giving them to him for money ,they knew what it was doing to michael and insted of hepling him they keep giving him more and more . If michael had gotten these meds without doctors help and took them himself then yes i would have said michael is to blame .

He broke the medical oath all of us medical "professionals" take. We are sworn in to not do anything that may cause harm to a patient. If you break medical rules that are in place, these kinds of things can happen. Even if Jackson was the biggest addict on the planet, he could not have gotten those anesthetics , not pain pills, anesthetics WITHOUT a criminal medical staff that were wanting to line their pockets not follow their sworn duty to the public.

Dr. Murray took the hippocratic oath to affirm his practice as a physician would be above reproach. He did kill MJ. His education afforded him the knowledge to understand his actions would eventually kill MJ. Murray should have gotten MJ help not another shot! MJ and Murray were no team. Murray was taking advantage of an addict. A partnership requires two or more people of sound mind. MJ was clearly not of a sound mind. What justice are you looking for? As a doctor Murray is responsible for every patient he treats.He was giving mj this medication with his own two hands there for should be held responsible. He recorded mj and saw what this medication was doing to him but he kept giving it to him, so it is his fault still sad either way and doesn't change what happened but i do agree that he didn't kill him on purpose and i think mj would not have wanted him to go to jail.

Dr. Murray had a heightened duty to use caution, but how many doctors leave tools inside patients, or operate on the wrong limb, or effing kill them accidentally, and not lose their license? I think THAT is a crime. It's a witchhunt, and Dr. Murray is being severely punished, like an example. I'm awaiting the sentencing...

I agree, mostly. Both were respsonsible for MJs death, and Conrad shouldn't be treated like some bad guy. He was wrong for choosing money over his clients safety, though. Doctors shouldn't give in like that. If Michael needed sleep, fine - although he shouldn't have used such an extreme med for it. Conrad, being the doctor, should've said "nigga, sit down, this will kill you", and find some safer way to help Michaels sleeping problem.

I agree to a point.Michael Jackson is my favorite entertainer of all time.I do want Justice for him and sadly I don't feel that it was achieved through Mr.Murray's arrest.What people wanted was a martyr someone to take the fall for the death of arguably the 2nd most loved figure in the world(After Jesus of course) Dr.Murray was a fall guy who did break the law by having drugs not allowed out of hospital.But he did not directly murder Michael.The media did that with their lies long ago.
