How is Israel responsible? Israeli leaders have tried over and over again to offer the Palestinians land for peace. But the Palestinians refuse each time. They starve their own people. I feel terrible for the Palestinians and all their own leaders have put them through.
No because of Both israeli militants and Hamis, but Hamas are democratically elected. And there are still palistinian political prisoners illegally held. So, you want to totally exempt Israel and the other guy wants to exempt Hamas, when the problem is the power hungry elites from both sides either harming their people or brainwashing them to hate.
