it has a self-installer. Buy the game, install it, download the mod, click on the self-installer, choose the game directory and click on "install" Finished

if you've got 0.2d it's not x + CTRL then it's Tab (Action) + Left Mouse (Shoot)

I have managed to successfully download the version into my Vice City game, and I do have control over the Delorean and KITT -- which is pretty nice -- can you do actually missions in the game? or just mess around with speed (KITT) and time. (Delorean time machine)

now, there aren't missions implemented (yet), it's just version 0.2c and the only way to combine KITTs speed to the time travel is to bump the delorean with Super Pursuit Mode, which causes the Delorean to time travel nearly immediatly
