I work with an 89 year old women who is a yoga fanatic; she literally looks like she is in her 60's. Although she retired 25 or so years ago, she comes in once a week (every week) to teach yoga to our hospital population. I try to keep in shape, she's more limber and flexible than i could ever hope to be. I have a difficult time doing her routine, and she gives us the "easy" course. Not only that, but she flirts and teases as if she was a teenager. This women is a true inspiration to the world

I have just started a complete overhaul of the fitness and wellness part of my life which has been virtually non-existent for the last 7 years. The person that inspires me is myself from 15 years ago. That was when I was 185 lbs, pure muscle, cut, washboard abs, and had more natural energy then I knew what to do with. When I was 11 years old, my brother played me some music from the german (fun-)punk-band "Die Ärzte" (one of the most famous bands in germany). The guituar player and singer Farin Urlaub inspired me in almost everything. That would be the humour, the politc attitude and many more things.
