  • Is that a princeton reissue? and are your sheptones in the guitar while this was recorded?

  • @lsdman14 Thanks for asking. No sheptones in this one. The guitar was 100% stock at this time. This tone is mostly the PRRI and Hardwire Valve Distortion pedal. Thanks for watching!

  • @tenorbanjoguy Thanks! would you recommend the sheptones for a nice bright clean tone?

  • @lsdman14 Never going to get strat tones out of an LP of course, but the Sheps give that PAF clarity in their sound. The cleans are beefy but sweet, if that makes sense?? :) I have had my Sheps for awhile now and have not given even a fleeting thought to changing them for something else. Very happy with them!!

  • clean channel on amp ???? not a bad tone

  • good job! nice tone!

  • Hey Ken! I just posted this on Facebook for my friends. Did you meet Robert Johnson somewhere in the bush at the crossroads? I'll call you this weekend!! ciao

  • Thanks! I think you have made a couple trips to the Crossroads yourself, I have heard it with my own ears! Don't worry, I won't tell everyone that your electric guitar history includes more that just a passing interest in Garcia!! :) Your dirty little secret is safe with me...oops! :)

  • Great sounding! It is a beautiful guitar, Thank god your dream came true ;)

  • Very very cool. I was just looking at a whole wall full of Les Paul guitars some from more than 5K down to a few hundred -- interesting. You are putting out a great dense sound there -- takes me back to a young time -- ROCK ON!!
